I brought my old AMPM cup in and got charged full price. They do not do discounted refills at this location. They also do not have crushed ice. Plus the owner was not friendly. Go down the road and find another AMPM.

Paid Cash 6/5/24 walked in at 7:45 on 6th & Grand... purchased 2 Coors lights plus snacks on my way home. Guy was so rude asks me if I want to purchase 20cents bag & that they have always charged double for a bag since the beginning. Decided not to put gas.
I'm not interested in what else they are double charging!

They apparently don’t accept their own AMPM app here for some reason. Then, I attempted to pay for gas with cash and the male cashier said he “didn’t have his drawer” for the register so he couldn’t accept a $20, at 2 in the afternoon…… I’d understand if it was 2 A.M., but come on now it was literally late afternoon. Last time I used my card here it got skimmed so I’d recommend cash only here but apparently they don’t accept cash. Hm, maybe he’s got something to do with cards getting skimmed. Be careful here. I just went across the street since it’s a couple cents cheaper per gallon and they accepted my cash. ?♀️

There's a short, baldheaded white man who had nothing but attitude today 12/31/23 I can understand that your network is down on the car wash, but when I kiddingly ask you if I can get a courtesy one time free car wash since I paid with two cards and nothing worked. You repeated it back like you were disgusted at me. You said it's closed we're closing at 4 o'clock. I went up to the cashier at ampm and was able to pay for my car wash. You got mad because I got the car wash and you had to close early. And then I get my car washed and then while I'm vacuuming my rugs, you shut it completely off. I said, can you please turn it back on so I can finish and then leave. He said, I don't know what to tell you. Normally this is a great visit, but today was a nightmare.

Bad service, Erick is rude ! Literally had an attitude while we were checking out. I get it, it's Monday, at least be fake in front of customers who are nice.

This store has rude employees, especially a rude manager named Linda. She has a nasty attitude towards customers. This is the only store that doesn’t believe in recycling. They rather have you throw away your plastic cup that is new that got that same day just a couple of hr prior. Can’t even get ice on your water bottle even if your buying $20 worth of drinks. I thought reusing and using less plastic would be helpful for our environment but these people just don’t care at all. They should really take a look at this branch.

If you want customer service, go somewhere else. I had a simple request but what I got in return was two of the most miserable ladies I've ever met. I continued my smile and said, Thank you. I got a disgusted, stone cold face in return. Nothing but pure, absolute misery.

Lulu the cashier is very rude. Every time I try to use the AMPM app she gets soo mad. I don't understand why they put some one with no customer skills

KIM has no manners at all, throwing the money on the counter. Poor customer service, you can tell the "lady" is just bitter. 2 stars because that gas station was one of my go to's.

Business doesn't accept credit cards for purchases. All business in this day and age should take credit cards. Won't go there again.
