Restroom closed due to "covid"It's almost 2023 and the panic of covid is long gone. I work on the road all day long and stop at ampm to get snacks and use the restroom and this location won't let us use the restroom!!! Food is stale also!!!! No wonder it has low ratings

Location is horrible. Always some construction, trains, something holding up traffic. The employees mangers included are not customer friendly. They keep all coffee And soda cups behind the counter. Asst mgr said "it's just how we do things" prior to that once I was in there and someone dropped a coffee the employee was sure to voice herself in the mess she had to clean. You must pay for the coffee and soda first before being allowed to have your cups. So if coffee is that great you'll be charged. I'm sure the location is full of homeless and whoever else that make it this way but it's unfair.

1 star rating makes sence so i too will add 1 star with the like the rest. pre paid for gas and never got gas. kept my money. rip off. there are too many other gas stations in the neighborhood so find another. customer service = 1 star cleanliness = 1 star prices = 3 star over all they suck!

This place gas pumps are a rip off. I paid for gas a small amount but when I got back in my car my gas tank didn’t move. I told the clerk no gas is coming out he told me it was my gage. Or I need to put more gas to see a increase. I advised him there is nothing wrong with my gage. He said to try another pump. He never went to check the pump. I needed the gas so I tried another pump with a similar amount and the same thing. My gas pump didn’t move. I had to call corporate to file a complaint advising there pumps aren’t producing any gas. And the attendant just brushed it off. GAS RIP OFF!!

I've been trying to buy the advertised drinks for over a month now they never seem to have them only the largest cups with straws aready inside of the cups. Also was told that the city of Corona said they have to keep cups behind the counter for health reasons (only at this ampm). Went to buy 2 24oz coffees today (8pm) I was told according to the City of Corona " they cannot make coffee from 11 at night till 11 in the morning. Took my business across the street to the circle K.
Worst customer service, full of lies. Avoid this store if possible find another ampm. The ampm on 6th Street and Grand is a lot better.

Horrible ampm. Don't go.They hand out the cups with your straw in side. They claim to have only 1size cup. Charge over $2.00 for it and won't give you the sale price that EVERY OTHER ampm does. Run away.
