Confirmed multiple times for the tire I ordered, went to the store on the appointment time, they took 45minutes, took out the flat tire in front of me and then said that they ordered the wrong size. So, at the time I had no choice but to say Yes to whatever they had. Such a waste of time and sadly a bad tactic to garner business

Prices: almost $200 dllrs for tire replacement and balancing (I brought my own tires), plus alignment almost 140 dllrs, total possible cost almost $350. Competitor’s price: $180 including alignment……better search other options……

Once again I got a leaking tire patched w no labor or other charges at American Tire. They checked out my tires and made a couple of recommendations then gave me a written receipt. This was all done in under 30 minutes.
