I’d give zero stars if possible. The bureaucracy involved in getting medication is unbelievable! I echo what everyone else here is saying. Insurance approved the medication my husband needs same day it was prescribed but it’s been over 2 weeks and I’m still waiting to receive it. Every time I call someone assures me they’re working on it and everything should be in order to process “soon.” Information I already provided 3x is asked for again and there’s no explanation as to why they don’t have it anymore. It’s maddening and SO exhausting. I e spent over 5 hours total on the phone with them and still no resolution. I’ve never had this experience with CVS Caremark in all the years we’ve used them. Sadly, we have Cigna insurance and they require us to use Accredo. There should be some criminal liability for this level of incompetence as we are dealing with people’s life giving medication!!

The worst pharmacy to use. Takes weeks to get a prescription processed. You always have to talk to the equivalent of a center. They make excuses and give conflicting information.

Whoever runs this dumpster fire should not be in the business of medicine, especially not providing drugs that people need right away. If you have the misfortune of needing to use this pharmacy, plan on not having your meds for a week at least. And if you ask what the cash price is, that restarts the whole process by 3-4 days. I’ve never worked with a pharmacy with this much bureaucratic red tape and I pray to God I never have to use them again.

I echo everything that all other reviewers have stated that this is the worse pharmacy ever. All of us here who have had similar, terrible experiences! I am perplexed as to how they are still in business. They are almost all incompetent (except for the individuals who have been empathetic enough to help me. I am currently receiving my daughter's prescription from them and if all goes well, my insurance company and managing healthcare plan can transfer our rx to another specialty pharmacy who knows what they are doing and willing to do just that. I have been arguing with Accredo for weeks that my secondary insurance can be billed for our rx, which Accredo has argued back that they cannot. I have made endless phone calls to customer service, billing and everyone else in that circus of a company that they have passed me on to. I have double insurance and Accredo is insistent that my secondary insurance does not cover the remaining costs for the rx, which is untrue. After literally 18 phone calls, I finally got a supervisor that I basically had to lose my temper with to get him to call my secondary insurance on a three-way call who confirmed that YES, THEY ARE TO BE BILLED for the other half of the balance, they just have to be billed correctly. Why did it have to get to this extent? I have never had any issue with all the pharmacies (regular and specialty) who I’ve worked with to fill dozens and dozens of my daughter’s meds over the past five years. I have never paid a copay because I have double insurance, so that fact that this company has argued with me that I owe $260+ monthly for our rx, tells me their priority is not patients/customers but rather, money. I hope you never have to use this company! Avoid them at all costs.

If there was an option to give negative stars I would, my insurance provider Cigna changed from CVS Specialty Pharmacy to Accredo in 2023 and ever since then I have had nothing but issues with Accredo. I end up having to call every month for a prescription that has been provided multiple times as well as insurance approval but somehow there is always an issue. I could have accepted that this may have happened at the beginning however this has been going on for nearly a full year. This is by far the most unorganized terrible pharmacy that I have ever had to work with. Cinga chose poorly and I can only assume they got a significant discount and that is what is important to them vs. the health and satisfaction of their clients.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Everyone who works there is absolutely incompetent - not great when you're trying to keep someone alive. If we had a choice we would literally go anywhere else.

What can I say that hasn't been said by many many previous reviewers of this company, it's all true, it's all bad. They don't even deserve one star, If you can get your medication from anywhere else please do so. Honestly this company should be shut down. I'm sure people must have been hurt due to their incompetence.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. And that is a really really really really really really strong statement. I am on hold with them and about to be transferred to the fourth person I have dealt with - each person says they are the wrong department to help me and says I need to be transferred to a different department, they transfer me, and then the new person says the same thing. I am lucky enough to have a representative for Blue Cross/Blue Shield on this call with me who is advocating for me and STILL this is what is happening. They would do better to throw all of the prescription drugs in the air and hope that the right person catches the right medication.

Unfortunately we have to use Accredo through our insurance for speciality pharmacy prescriptions. They are the WORST COMPANY EVER to deal with. They don't have their story straight, everytime you call it's either good news or bad news, you will never get your prescription more than once, they will try to charge you when you don't have to pay. Why anyone uses them as a vendor is mind boggling to me. If you are the person that contracts with a specialty pharmacy, please NEVER EVER EVER hire these people. They need to go out of business. They are horrendous.

By far thee worst pharmacy to go thru! They make it so hard to refill a prescription and I have several health issues and I cannot be without my medication and yet they don't understand that. It's an ongoing problem with Accredo if I could have a different pharmacy I definitely would. This company needs to be reported to BBB.

This is the worst pharmacy. Do not use it. I have to use it because my insurance use it. wait 30 minutes to get to an operator, then they cannot find the account after my doctor already spoke to them to set things up. The rep was argumentative and does not have any compassion that I need my cancer meds

This is the most incompetent organization i have run into in a long time. You don't want to deal with this company if you are sick in such critical matter as medication. I give then a 0 star if it is available

WOW! I couldn't be more disappointed in a pharmacy. Everything you can imagine going wrong - has gone wrong.Multiple necessary medications have been delayed or cancelled due to Accredo's ineptitude.

This specialty pharmacy is terrible. They make you do all their work for them and you have to wait on hold for hours to speak to someone in order to walk them through doing their own job. They don’t make outbound calls to pharmacists or doctors to verify prescriptions or inquire on any kind of issue so you’ll have to do that on your own. They screw everything up every time you need a refill so you have to start the whole process over again every month. They violate hippa patient privacy laws by googling your name and finding any phone number that may come up under your name and adding that to their data base, then robocalling that number asking for feedback about their pharmacy. My employer only offered me Cigna health benefits and this option for prescription insurance so I’m stuck with them. Accredo is disgraceful.

Constant robo calls with reminder to refill prescription. I cannot get this service to stop calling me. I never signed up for reminders.
