I have worked for years with this shop. I have taken any car I’ve owned to them and never been disappointed. I’ve recommended them to several people who have been equally satisfied. One of the last honest mechanic shops.

Father is a huge liar, don't trust a thing this business tells you. Promised 1.5 hours of a labor to open a back door that's stuck then charges me 2 hours. Tells me a couple bucks for a lock that's actually $130. My $202 bill became $430 with nobody telling me a thing. Also charged me 2 hrs labor while I sat in his parking lot for 3 hours watching them literally not touch my car. They had doors open in 5 minutes, didn't change the assembly for the door handle, put it together 3 hours later in 30'mins and charged me $430He even gave me a receipt I signed saying ok 1.5 doors ($200ish) then had the audacity to charge me more labor on a later bill.

Went to Riley’s Auto Parts and they told me I needed an alternator. Went to A Plus to get it installed and was willing to pay the almost $1,000 quoted but the owner decided to check the battery again just to make sure Riley’s didn’t make a mistake. Sure enough they were wrong. All I needed was a new battery. So went home spending $180 instead. They could have screwed me over but they decided to be honest instead. They earned a lifetime customer with me!

Worse experience ever! Never take your vehicle to this location. The owner Roland- has terrible attitude and does not empathize with his customers. Situation- I had a squeak noise, thinking it was front brakes. After front was done-his mechanic stated he never drove the car! I've never heard of a mechanic not test driving a vehicle before service. Come to find out the rear brakes needed replacement since that was location of noise. Roland the owner tried to charge me an extra $120 after paying $160. The mechanic offered to remove his labor but Roland the owner said NO! After back and forth he charged $79! And didn't say a word and had an attitude! I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!
