I sent this note to the owners due to I don't feel they put forth any great effort to understand what I was needing to resolve my issue. The answers were swift and pretty much uncaring in a way. I was a little disappointed at the service and response I received when I called in and wanted to return the pads that I ordered. I explained I would not need them and was told at first you were not taking anything back due to the Covid 19 and as I continued to talk the young lady finally decided to check with her supervisor and came back with the only way to get them returned was to pay for the cost of the return shipping (not sure if it would have been the 15.00 to send them). I have ordered from you for awhile and to not even be offered a courtesy return since we do purchase a nice amount was rather disappointing. I will not be making anymore purchases and would not recommend this company to any of my friends. Customer retention and extending a better hand at handling this issue would have been a much better way to do business.

I would highly recommend A C Adderson to anyone who needs medical supplies. We have been customers for the past few years and have had great customer service, products, delivery and pricing on all our orders. They are very customer focused.

I can't begin to express the genuine love and compassion expressed during my sister-in-law's time on hospice by AC Adderson Healthcare. Yes, there were items provided by Medicare, but nothing could compare to the personalized customer service provided by the owners themselves. When we ordered an item, it wasn't just here on time. It was here in the blink of an eye. And hand-delivered by the business owners, Terry and Shonda Pfeil.

They have such a huge selection of everything you're looking for. Their prices are very fair. Last year I needed to purchase a shower bench for my elderly mother. I went onto their website and purchased it. Within hours I drove to their warehouse and picked it up. It's still in great condition. This year I needed a couple more aids for mom and they were my first option to go to. They really do sell quality items.
