I went there today 5 31 25 at 4 am and doors were locked . How can this be 24 hours 7/11? Website says 24 hours but not so owner ask to email why but even does not take time to read my honest simple review and facts

This store refuses to deliver online orders and lies to the delivery driver telling them the order was cancelled, when confronted they change their answer to the order was picked up by another driver. So which was it was the order cancelled or was it picked up by another driver? If it was picked up by another driver why was it never delivered? Why when you do send an order do ai receive a single donut I didn’t order instead of the 15 items I did order? And this is not on a single occasion it is every single time I make an order.
Oh yeah and when I called the store to ask why they keep canceling my orders they tell me I canceled the order, then when I tell them I didn’t cancel the order they tell me a driver picked it up and when I call them out on that lie they told me my account was hacked. But I have had the same issue with them whether I order through the 7 now app or DoorDash, yet when ordering from any other store I don’t have any issues.
This store is an embarrassment to the 7-Eleven brand and since their customer service has yet to do anything about it it seems that the brand embraces this kind of disgusting behavior and treatment of their customers.

Did a 7-Eleven Now app pick-up order for a large frozen pep pizza at this 7-Eleven store on 10/6 at 6:58PM. Temporary forgot about it because of the little ones and when I remembered at 10PM, it says my Pizza was already picked up an hour ago! I haven't even left the house. Called the store and spoke to the clerk and he says to come tomorrow 10/7. I came by in the morning and they told me to call customer service for a refund. I dont know if this store accidentally gave my order to someone else, stole my order, or cancelled the order due to the Promo price - $1.99 for a large Pizza but this is the kind of shady, dishonest experience I was worried about given 7-Eleven's image as basically a liquor store. 7-Now team made things right but I'm not coming back to this location anymore. There's like 3 other 7-Elevens nearby so this one has lost my business permanently.

I was withdrawing cash here at the ATM. I accidentally forgot $80 in the machine. I went back 5 minutes later when I realized what had happened. I went in and explained what had happened to the employee, and she said, "The machine was making a bunch of weird noises. It must have taken it back." Fast forward a month later, the machine did not take it back. She stole it. It was a larger, female employee. It's sad people can't even make a mistake without having someone take advantage nowadays.

I love 7-eleven okay but this one I love even more because their staff is amazing and they have all the snacks you at looking for and they have all the drinks you want also so I definitely recommend this 7-eleven.

This store is straight booty fart. My only form of pay was Apple Pay and when I tried to pay the lady said they didn't take Apple Pay even though it was on the website and credit card machine.like boy how am I supposed to get my slurpy and spicy popcorn anyway my momma came to my rescue and bought my stuff but like why they got that they take Apple Pay and then when I pay they don't freak that

Drink section always so messy. Employees have no personality to smile, greet you or say thank you. They should be grateful they are in our Country and be more nice n friendly.

I go to this store the most. The employees are always friendly and I never have to wait in line long to complete my purchase. They even wait for me to put in my phone number in for my rewards. ☺️
