Another 7 11 with untrained staff. Used the app to pay for my drink and chips. Showed my online receipt to them. Refused to accept it. They even called the cops on me saying I was stealing the items.

Beware. Debit card skimmer on there counter. Don't use your card. I was having issue on my card it wouldn't read and was having problems trying to buy some things. then coincidentally 100 dollars was deducted three days later from a 7 eleven. The cashier or man working on the counter gave me a dirty look when I used cash

The guy name Lakha or something of the sort is so rude. He couldn’t help or even communicate at all. Lack of customer is so disrespectful. He didn’t even charge me accordingly and I had to help him how much he owed me.. he clearly doesn’t even ring in the item. Don’t go here!

The staff of this seven eleven are significantly uncooperative and the worst thing is the homeless people loitering around this 7-11 have made the environment so unsafe and dangerous.

I would definitely give them less than one Stars if possible the douchebags that work there are rude as f. I've been to plenty of stores in which the clerk seems to not be strong in their command/comprehension of the English language and I have no problem. Speaking slow, clearly and annuciating words to assist in our interactions but in the case with one particular afternoon/evening clerk that doesn't seem to help and let's be clear it is because he is bothered by you asking him for something and would prefer to be focused on his phone call or whatever other activity other than customer service. I feel sorry for anybody due to circumstances are restricted to having to do business at this location. I won't spend another cent in this place and if you are looking for advice I suggest driving a little furth to what ever else is available.

I am a regular customer here and one of the cashiers at this location, Lashka, has been consistently rude to me, as well as other customers. He IGNORES you when you speak to him, is on his phone during customers interactions, always wearing a mean look on his face, and acts like he’s doing YOU a favor by just doing his job. I told him I would like to use my lottery winnings towards more tickets, and he was confused by how many I wanted. I had to tell him 3 times I simply wanted 8 tickets. He rolled his eyes at me and starts raising his voice and rushing me to pay, all in front of other customers. It was embarassing how he behaved, and based on what I’ve seen personally, and what I’ve read on here, he’s been rude to other customers as well. This falls on management to handle. They need to either pull Lashka aside and re-train him, or let him go if he’s so unhappy there. It’s unfair to let him take out his anger on customers, and I will seriously just start going to Speedway for my lottery tickets and snacks, until something’s done about this. This location has lost my business and continued support.

Credit card skimmer located inside of store, manager stated he installed cover because old one was broken. Do not go here, corporate was notified.

Bought 2 sliders from them a few mins ago they r so hard I can't eat them.. they don't answer the phone.. what a waste of money. Never buying food again from there

The cashier is not friendly. Doesn't even listen to what you're telling him. I had to ask 3 times for a bag. And I bought scratchers and he gave me the wrong ones.
