I am a daily (PAYING) customer at this 711, and at first the disrespectful comments weren't so bad and I would just laugh them off, but this last time was completely unacceptable he got so loud refused to allow me to pay for anything telling me my 'KIND' of money isn't wanted at there store. I'm currently filing a civil discrimination lawsuit against the employees.

They sell piss for what they call cold drinks. It tasted like chemical waste. Didn’t give me a receipt, threw it at the dustbin infront of me. When I asked politely to change the coke, the cashier had the audacity to say 1$ per refill. Please avoid the 7eleven if you do not want bad behavior and chemical waste they call coke.

The worst customer service!!!!! It was free slushy day and the owner had purposely turned off the machine. He said they had "no cups" because he hid them. He also said that the machine was broken but there were still product in the machines. There was also a sign outside of the store that said FREE SLUSHY. The owner was being so cheap about it. Many other customers were upset about it.

the worst owner, cheap and rude, July 11 which is free slushy day. the store had sign. He purposely turned off the machine and hide all the cups.I will never go to that 7 eleven.

0 STAR WARNING!!!! Came with my kids to get our free small slurpee since it's 7/11/23 and the owner was a complete jerk to a large group of people who were also there, turned off the machine and claimed he no longer had cups (which I held one up in my hand) his answer to me was "we stop serving at 9pm" I said "excuse me Sir..... it's the 11th all day today until midnight!!!!! You have false advertisement outside your door!!!! He said "So, I'm not serving anymore free slurpee, Go!! If you want to get treated horribly, adults & children go ahead and shop there otherwise STAY AWAY!!!! Horrible MAN!!!

Your store clerk Mohoen or however you spell his name failed to give me the Powerball and the Mega Millions kept sending me back to the back of the store wouldn't explain to me what I did wrong on filling out my numbers and could barely speak of word of English I went to the ampm down the street and a guy named Jose gave me the best customer service he actually told me what numbers I was missing and asked me which ones I wanted filled them out and I walked out of there with lottery tickets not disappointment unlike here at this 7-Eleven what a joke

I would have rated this 7/11 a zero, but was not allowed to. The workers are mentally unbalanced and rude here at this 7/11 and a large percentage of the customers suffer from mental health issues. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. It would be the safer, wiser choice.
