Been here a couple times. Staff is rude, always seem bothered by customers. Also, don't recommend you buy food or snacks from this location! Items are spoiled even before the expiration dates. Wouldn't recommend it, at all!!

Don't buy scratches here. This is the second time I have bought it and I'm a person who purchases 3 ticket of the same. And twice is always missing one in between in order. And I don't win. Nothing looks like they pull the winning tickets. When I buy 3 in order , I'll I win a ticket or the minimum. But these people in this 711 I don't trust them.

You hire terrible people to run these stores. I always get charged extra. This particular store has an old man who always flirts with the high school and middle school children heading from school back home. Luckily he doesn’t speak Spanish or English correctly and the kids don’t take him seriously. This is definitely going to get you into legal trouble especially when there’s proof of YEARS of these certain locations around Corona treating the community like we OWE you guys our money.

Horrible. Stay away. I know you probably won't. But I will. 7-11 has a points system with your number. Use it to get free cups of coffee. Discount and other specials. This place always blows past that screen. I bought enough coffee to get my 6th cup free. So I had two of them. I should have got both for the price of one. I entered my number. And I saw very quickly that one cup 2.49 was free and if I wanted to use it. And sure enough. This guy just presses no and I have to pay full price. That's the foreigners for you. What's the point of having a rewards program for your customers when you take the opportunity to use it and flush it down the toilet. This place is shit.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! They will double and even triple scan items and over charge you!! Must be their side hustle because I kid you not they have been doing this to me and other people I know literally every time! They even get angry if you call them out on it and have them re scan and give me my money back for what they overcharged.

Old short fat clerk with a thick accent will try to rip you off on your order. I ordered five buffalo wings and he only put one in the bag and tried to charge me for five. He had really bad hygiene. I didn’t buy anything and left.

Rude. I purchased a couple of drinks and the "sales a**** Checked me out and didn't even say thank you. Just turned his head away like I was bothering him. I didn't ask for a back massage., a simple thank you for patronizing your employer is a reasonable expectation. You know the same guy who gives you money so you can feed your wife and kids, yeah that guy. I won't be back.

This place is seriously the worst store to stop in. The only reason I go here is it's close to my house. If by chance I'm able to load money on my cash app it's a miracle. "LOV" you suck! And you need people skills you're a true Douche and it shows every time you decline my money. For no reason, I'd give the excuse it's because you're a foreigner. But really I think it's just the douche bag you truly are. What a complete A**hole!
