Bailey MADE my wedding dress shopping experience. She was one of the only stylists that has ever made me feel comfortable and confident while trying on dresses--her personality is unmatched! The only downer was that these dresses were a little out of my price point, but Bailey did everything she could to pull dresses for me! She not only made the experience a 10/10 for me but for my parents who were with me as well, she allowed them to be part of the "shopping" process and made sure they were comfortable and taken care of. This place has SO many beautiful gowns to choose from + i def recommend Bailey as a stylist!!

I had a couple different appointments at different places to shop for Gowns. The environment at wedding Gown shops can be very snobby and intimidating. I even left one crying because they were practically forcing a dress on me and threatening that if I didn't buy it now than it would probably be gone the next day. Another one wouldn't let me look at any of the Gowns myself or touch them. I was only allowed to see their suggestions. When I came here to the White Dress it was the complete OPPOSITE! They were so nice! They say hello when you walk in and treat you like a normal human! They allow you to look and take your time. They didn't force anything on me and said I can take my time and come back anytime and that there was no rush. I didn't feel pressured or sold into anything. When you are spending alot of money on something you want it to be your decision. They even gave me their phone number and IG info and said to reach out anytime with questions. This time is supposed to be special and intimate not rushed and feel like you're being forced into it. I would highly recommend the White Dress!

I cannot recommend The White Dress enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness by the staff. The customer service here is truly exceptional; they really took the time to listen to my vision and helped me find my dream dress in just one appointment!
It was such a relief to find "the one" so quickly, especially knowing how many brides have to visit several different shops before finding their perfect dress. The team made me feel so welcomed and supported throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a bridal shop where you'll feel cared for and understood, this is the place to go.

Bailey is an angel and picked the perfect dress for me! I came in with an idea of what I thought I wanted but after working with her she totally understood my vibe and steered me in a different direction- I absolutely love the dress I purchased and she even let me come back in to show my mom and mother in law the dress in person. Could not recommend her enough to help you with your special day!

I had an amazing experience working with Laura Quinn here! She was so attentive, had great style and taste and was so supportive in my dress hunt, making me and my guests feel so welcome! The store has tons of fantastic designers of all ranges in style and price and lovely accessories too. I highly recommend!!!

Worked with Bailey at the White Dress and she made my “saying yes to the dress” experience SO memorable and special! She heard what I wanted (which was all over the place and not specific at all lol) and she pulled a handful of dresses to try that totally fit the vibe I was going for. Hyped me up when I put mine on and made me feel so confident and beautiful :) we also found my sister’s dress at this location a few years back. Their selection, staff, prices, etc are 10/10

I had the BEST experience at The White Dress in CDM with Laura Quinn. My fiance and I decided on a shorter engagement so that all of our family can attend, but that means a wedding in 6 months. Most wedding dresses take at least a year, so I was so nervous going into my appointment that I wouldn't have any options or that it was impossible. But the moment I walked in, Laura calmed all of my nerves and presented so many beautiful options!!! I enjoyed trying on all of the dresses and sharing this moment with my mom & sister. Laura was so sweet throughout the whole process & made sure that I was having fun and finding the dress that I loved. I am a horrible decision maker, so I was grateful that she let me come in to try the dresses a couple times and didn't force me to make a decision on the spot. She was so transparent throughout the whole process & never pushed me outside my budget. She also gave me a deadline of the last date to put in an order before I would have to pay for a rush fee. I am happy to say I found my dream dress, and I am SO happy!!! A huge thank you to Laura Quinn & the whole White Dress team <3 !!

I had the best experience with Laura at the White Dress, she really went above and beyond. I had a hard time deciding on dresses and she helped me make a decision. Laura was creative and made my dress dreams come true!! Changing the tones of white, adding sparkles, tulle, etc. This shop has the best inventory in my opinion and I ended up getting two galia lahavs. They have the best accessories as well, got my custom veil from there along with 3 sleeve/glove options! This was my favorite part about the wedding planning process. I will honestly miss going in there lol it's just a beautiful store and so much fun. Very personable and just amazing!

I don't know where to start, but I guess I just say that my experience here was beyond amazing. I came into this place so nervous and anxious because of some bad experiences I have had prior and Lauren was calmed my nerves and helped me find my find my dream dress. She was patient and worked with my idea of what I wanted and found what I thought i never would. Lauren and Marlis are just simply amazing. I wish I knew how grateful I am for this experience and cannot wait to walk down the aisle in my dream dress. They helped me feel like a bride! Thank you!

Was surprised at some of the reviews cause I had a truly amazing experience at their sample sale! Amazing selection at great prices! I guess it might come down to your stylist, but if so HIGHLY recommend asking for Katie if you're into a glam and fashion forward look, it felt like a match made in heaven! You could tell she's a true stylist and not just a sales associate because she was super creative in accessorising and putting a whole look together. Props to their manager Nicole too who gave me a great deal on one of the dress I chose and helped me keep it within budget!

got my dream dress here in september of 2023 and the woman helping me was named katie, and she was absolutely incredible. so kind, knowledgeable, and personable. every staff member and even other brides and their families were so sweet, and it was the best overall experience i had dress shopping. (my sister also got her dress here in 2020, and she had the same experience!)

I got engaged in October 2022 and planned a wedding for September 2023. I was encouraged to find a dress ASAP / by the end of 2022 so that it would arrive on time. I visited The White Dress for the first time on 12/4/22 after visiting one other bridal salon a couple of days prior. I actually thought I had found a dress I loved at the other salon but had already made the appointment for the same weekend at The White Dress and figured I should go... and thank goodness I did!!! The White Dress had a much larger selection in my budget than the previous salon I visited. My stylist took the time to understand what I liked/didn't like and we were able to nail down the vibe I was going for pretty easily. When I tried on the dress I ended up purchasing, I really did just know it was the one. Picked up my dress at The White Dress in June 2023, ~6 months after purchasing. I also purchased my veil from The White Dress. You can book an "accessory appointment" where you can try on the floor model of your dress with different veils which made the process so easy! Again, my stylist took the time to understand what I liked/didn't like and I ended up buying a veil that was part of a trunk show at the time. I had gone back and forth on whether I was going to buy a new veil or not so I didn't book my accessory appointment until August. I purchased a veil the same day as my appointment and it was ready for pickup just a few weeks later.
