We had the absolute best experience at OC mattress on PCH in Corona Del Mar. trying to make a long story short, we had an issue with a mattress that we purchased. After going through the warrantee process we were still unhappy. As a last resort, I reached out to the store directly (even though the issue was not their fault at all). Brian (the salesman in the store) and Eric the supervisor stepped up and helped us. We were fully expecting to be turned away and have to fight or just take the loss. To our complete surprise Eric worked for us and made us happier than we ever thought possible.Brian originally sold me the mattress. He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Was not pushy and tried his best to help me make the best decision. I’d like to reiterate that our issue could not have been foreseen and was in no way the stores fault. They did not have to help us but they did.We have now purchased a brand new mattress and couldn’t be happier. We worked with Brian again and I’m sad that I may not see him again for another 10 years when it’s time for a new mattress.This is a great store with amazing employees . I highly recommend.Thank you so much Brian and Eric.

Do NOT shop here. The past month has been a nightmare because of this “business”. You walk in and it’s run by 2 men, who look so sleezy and unprofessional. A flimsy old man sits there bored, and unhappy. The guy who is the trickster and running the show- Brian Lee. This guy went out of his way to trick me. He will promise you the world the first day, to get the sale. 1 month later, still no mattress, and I’m out $4k. He lied he could get me the bed THE SAME DAY, and that there is a 2 week return policy, after he charged my card, he said no we don’t do returns here. I’ve texted any called everyday, still no mattress. First he used his kids, way later, hes sick, then he’ll stop returning your calls. Drive by there, he comes into work everyday totally fine. If you read the REAL reviews, Brian Lee has tricked others out of thousands, and they send you a diff mattress than the one you tried in the store. They’re from Santa Ana, pretending to plant themselves in CDM.Brian Lee told me to give him my credit card number, and maybe he’ll give me a refund because the mattress still hasn’t come. The next day he uses it to buy groceries!!! Beyond desperate trash. Shameless!!! A little man, who’s so not respected in society, he’s got nothing to lose but lie, cheat, and survive. Because it’s a family owned business, they won’t fire him for unethical business practices. Call Chamber of Commerce and local business department, they’ll open an investigation and close this establishment. I already made a report with the police that he used my credit card, and didn’t give me my mattress. The more people document this illegal establishment, the quicker the city will close them down, and arrest Brian Lee.

We had the pleasure of visiting Brian Lee at OC Mattress. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a tough time figuring out which mattress to go with and Brian steered us in the right direction. We couldn't be happier with this store and would highly recommend anyone in need of a mattress.

I needed to buy a new mattress, and since I'm local to Corona Del Mar, I decided to shop small and shop local. I'm so glad that I did because the experience was easy, seamless and actually quite fun! Brian was so unbelievably informative and really funny! I ended up buying the first bed that I sat on, based off of my feedback to him, and the entire transaction took about 15 minutes! I needed the bed delivered within a four day window, and he was able to make that happen, which alleviated a lot of my stress. I like supporting businesses within my community, the price was very fair, and I actually had a really good time buying a mattress... who would think that mattress shopping could be fun lol. I highly recommend going here and shopping with Brian. He's extremely entertaining l, informative and just overall a very good man.

I give Brian Lee out of the CDM location off of PCH 5 stars! He has gone above and beyond to provide the best service I've gotten in a while. He's knowledgeable and really cares about helping people find the best fit for their needs and budget. I typically worry about the "hard sell" when shopping for a mattress but Brian was the opposite and provided amazing support even after we purchased. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Brian for your help and for genuinely caring! We love our bed (and your service)!

Brian at Orange County Mattress is the absolute best! He has taken care of my family's mattress needs for many years and is always an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Brian for anyone's mattress needs! He has a big store conveniently located in corona Del Mar with a lot of different mattress brands and options! If you are in the market for a mattress, look no further and go straight to Brian!

I worked with Brian and had a positive experience in what can be a difficult process of purchasing a new mattress. We must have looked at 20 different options and travelled all across the OC in search of just the right mattress. In the end, it was nice to work with someone who could explain our options and guided us to what has been an excellent purchase so far. Purchase occurred in August 2022.

I would give this place 0 star if I could. My neighbors introduced me to the store, but sales associate Brian was extremely inappropriate, rude, unprofessional, and aggressive towards me when I was just looking to buy a new mattress. "Nasty" is how I would describe my experience there. When I decided I wasn't going to take it anymore and left, Brian laughed in my face. This disgusting behavior is unacceptable anywhere in retail. Brian's actions not only ruined my evening but also ruined the image of the store. I will make sure that none of my friends and neighbors would ever have to endure that kind of aggression again!

I bought a bed from these folks over the phone and it was delivered within the hour. Brian was a rockstar! He answered the phone asking how he could help have a better night sleep and I said if he could deliver a queen bed, not too hard, not too soft (you, know perfect) today that he could definitely help me. He said, alright, let's do this. I don't know who he called or how he did it, but he found a bed he thought might work, sent me links, found it in their warehouse, communicated well and within an hour, it was delivered by two super friendly/lovely guys (free of charge) and the old mattress taken away. Truly an excellent customer service experience - a rarity these days. Thank you Brian for making my day/night! Highly recommended. (I just realized that my lovely experience is not unique with Brian! My confidence is even higher. How lucky for everyone!) I will definitely be back.
