We truly cannot have been more happy with our experience getting our wedding rings at Mark Patterson! Having never bought fine jewelry before, we were not sure what to expect, but we felt so comfortable from the first time we walked in. Both Mark and Judy helped us find both my engagement ring and our wedding bands, and were so transparent and kind throughout the whole process. We quickly learned how meticulous and detail oriented Mark is, and that each piece of jewelry is carefully made on site there. We also felt that their prices were so reasonable compared to other places we looked at - especially for the quality. We cannot recommend Mark Patterson enough to anyone that we know!

I am so happy with my entire experience with the team at Mark Patterson! Mark, Judy and everyone else were so great to work with. I went in with my fiancée looking to get wedding bands. For her, we needed to find something to match her unique engagement ring. I, on the other hand, have never worn jewelry and needed a lot of help to find something that I loved and felt comfortable wearing. From start to finish we received the highest level of service and attention to detail.With my fiancée, even though the engagement ring was not made by Mark Patterson, they made sure to get all the necessary measurements so that they would look similar when worn together. Also, because the engagement ring had a hexagon shape, they showed us various options to help us find complementary pieces. When we got the ring, we were amazed with the results! It looks as if all it was all purchased as a complete set! The finished product was so perfect that I had to hide the ring from her to keep her from wearing it before the wedding day!As for me, I was a little tougher to please. Thankfully, Mark and Judy showed me so many different ring shapes, sizes, designs, materials, and finishes that I was truly able to customize it exactly how I wanted. By the end of the visit, I ended up choosing a 7mm wide platinum ring with a florentine finish that really stands out from other rings I've looked at.Even though we were told that the rings would be ready in about 3 weeks, we got the call in just 2 weeks that they were ready. Their quality was exceptional and everyone who we’ve shown them to thinks that they are absolutely stunning. We would definitely recommend Mark Patterson to anyone who is in the market for high-quality wedding bands—or any other jewelry, for that matter. We could not have picked a better place to find rings that we will treasure forever!

What can I say about Mark Patterson besides he's so kind, helpful and knowledgable and so is Judy, who you'll also likely encounter. We originally bought my engagement ring here and didn't have the largest budget at the time. Mark had so many diamonds brought in for my now husband to look at and choose from that were within budget and helped him pick a GORGEOUS stone. Fast forward 4 years and I was ready for an upgrade. Not only were Mark and Judy so helpful, they looked for several stones again within budget, cut and clarity and never once made me feel pressured to get something. He is truly a one of a kind and has also helped me set diamonds from other rings into beautiful settings I can wear daily. You will not regret coming to Mark to purchase your ring!

My boyfriend and I had been discussing getting engaged. We agreed to look at rings together this way he had an idea of what I wanted. He surprised me Valentines Day and took me to Mark Patterson Jewelry store. We met the owner (Mark Patterson) and he was soooo helpful and walked us through the entire process making it so easy and effortless! I didn't have to do much but say what I liked and from there on the communication was between him and my fiancé. My ring is absolutely gorgeous, I get compliments all the time and would totally recommend anyone who is looking for a good quality ring to go here. Best of luck on your engagement!

Mark and his wife were fantastic. My then-fiancé and I went in to the shop thinking it would be the first of many places to visit. Your friends tell you that buying an engagement ring is a daunting process and that you need to visit multiple places and solicit quotes, blah blah blah. Not with Mark Patterson.Mark sat down with us and wanted to hear our story, and learn about our personalities. He asked if we had ring styles in mind, and you could tell he was excited about some of his designs that he thought we'd be interested in. He also took note of my wife's skin complexion and went over what each metal provides and how they blend on the hand and with other rings. He was an excellent guide and teacher. We felt really comfortable with expressing our wants for the ring, what our price points were, and what our timeline was looking like.When I went back solo to buy the one I wanted for her, I really appreciated working with his wife on the final cut. In fact, there were two options in front of me, one was considerably more expensive given the carats, but she wasn't pushy or salesy on the pricier one. I of course ended up going with the bigger one ;)In the end, I got my now-wife a beautiful engagement ring that gets compliments all the time, as well as very nice and elegant wedding bands. We even had Mark put a custom inscription in mine, which was super nice and looks great. Mark also offered to provide my wife with any jewelry she wanted to borrow for our wedding, which was incredibly kind. And, each time we popped in to the shop he'd polish up our rings and have them looking brand new.Needless to say, Mark Patterson was our first and last stop on our engagement/wedding shopping, and we proudly recommend Mark Patterson for any jewelry needs.

I went to Mark Patterson to reset my engagement ring. Although my original was beautiful, it kept losing stones and the jeweler my husband bought it from said that was just the way it was with my style of ring. As well the center Diamond was very high set and would snag on gloves at work, on clothes, even my kiddo's delicate skin. For years I stopped wearing it until I had a lovely meeting with Mark and he created the exact ring I wanted: simple, elegant, durable. I am thrilled with my new ring and the beautiful work he did. Amazing service and beautiful designs! My husband bought me a gorgeous ring made by Mark for our 25th wedding anniversary. Fast forward 14 years and I realized that I had lost a small diamond out of the band. I happened to be in Newport Beach on Wednesday, so called to see if I could bring my ring in for repair. Not only did Mark open early for me, but he refused to charge me AND I just got my ring back via Express mail today - 48 hours later! I love my ring and am always receiving compliments on it, so it was so nice to actually meet the artist (since it had been purchased in a jewelry store in the Midwest). More than that, I am so heartened to meet a jeweler of this level of integrity. You can bet that I'll be back! Thank you, Mark!!!
