“Me and my husband were hunting for mattresses for a couple of weeks throughout different stores between LA and OC counties because we were moving to our first ever spot and it was going to be the first mattress owned by us as-well. When we got into the Sit n’ Sleep store at Santa Ana, we were greeted by Ron Gonzalez, sleep consultant who asked us what we were looking for, and we explained briefly the type of mattress we were interested and asked to be let browse in the store. He invited us to try and spend as much time needed. After some time he checked in to see if we had questions. We had tried enough to gather a few queries. He gave us precise answers and guided us to the best options comfort and budget wise. We left the store and came back a few days later to confirm deals and final prices since we wanted to compare with another mattress candidate that we had at a different store. We came for a mattress only but since we were planning to get a bed frame aswell he offered us a great deal for both. Ron was such a good consultant, very well educated in mattress knowledge and even better as a person. Me and husband always appreciate and remember the kind of people that are good above all. As a young married couple we find valuable the people that we encounter throughout the important steps we take in our marriage life, since they are sort of part of the adventure. Thank you Ron for such a kind energy!”

“My husband and I have been looking for a power reclining sectional for weeks, and after seeing a few sofas around Irvine we decided to try Natuzzi because they had President’s Day sales and so far we were never 100% satisfied. Natuzzi’s collections are extremely beautiful, modern and high quality, most of the model we saw were customizable with also a wide selection of fabrics or leather. Brittany was our sale consultant: very knowledgeable empathic, not pressuring at all, and with a lovely personality.We fell in love with the Baltimora sofa and I was obsessed with the fabric Sfinge, but our budget was a bit tight; however, we truly wanted that sofa and Brittany did her best to help us out coming up with a prize that was affordable to us. I went today to finalize the purchase. I am so excited! Brittany also gifted us with a cleaning kit, and made the purchase smooth and fun. I highly recommend Natuzzi, and Brittany as Sale Consultant. I will update my review once we will receive our sofa :-)”

“Our refrigerator went out, so I came across American Freight who had great prices and they delivered same day. Sabino from the Santa Ana location was a lifesaver. They installed the refrigerator and had it up and running within five hours of the call. Very easy to work with, Sabino was awesome!”
“If you're looking for modern furniture without the big price tags, this is the place. The showroom was quite large and had a good variety. We were able to purchase dining room chairs, accent chairs, motorized couch, and a few planters. The sale was very generous. As for quality, so far it's been a few months and we're pretty happy. I only took a star off because the furniture is low, comparable to ikea and because often the delivery is delayed due to low inventory. But that just means they are popular.”

Initially planning to buy furniture locally, I encountered disappointment with the service and knowledge provided by my local furniture retailers. “Franny for president!! I want to start off by saying thank you to one of the managers over @ world market for going above and beyond for me and my pregnant girlfriend. Situation: We have been trying to buy couches from world market for a little under a month now. My gf received an email giving us 40%off and an additional 20%off that. The link we clicked on rerouted us to the web site, and on the Web site it wouldn't give us the discount. So we called customer service and had a terrible experience, in which they couldn't help us. We decided to walk into the store, and the President(aka Franny) helped us out and was welcoming and understanding right from the gate. She assured us that she was going to take care of our situation. Outcome: We ended up buying the couches at full price in which, I received a credit for the discounted price 2 days after. Before we left the store after buying the couches, Franny said "Don't worry just enjoy your couch and I'll take care of the rest. And that she did!! Again thank you Franny!! Just another confirmation that it's still better to buy at the store level. Thank you for being that 1%. #Frannyisthebest”

“The Corona del Mar store has a wonderful selection of lighting fixtures of all sorts. We were shopping for a chandelier for our dining room, and the sales woman (Dede) was wonderfully helpful (in addition to being extremely personable). We described our room and furnishings to her, and she quickly had several excellent recommendations for our consideration. She seemed to know every detail about every fixture in the store, and her knowledge helped us immensely in making our final selection. We picked it up (fully assembled) yesterday and had it installed today by the electrician that she recommended (Sky Electric). We are delighted with the result!”
