LOL at the prices. Used boots here are $65. I thought this was a thrift store. Selection is not great either.

Yeah this store is definitely a no unless you're looking to splurge on a piece that you could probably find the same at goodwill for half the price. The lady's working seemed as though they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Unless their favorite customer walked in. Saw a plain beige Ralph Lauren top in the "designer" section for $45?!?! Absolutely ridiculous. It's more of a consignment shop and not a thrift store. Only good thing was that it was clean and organized.

This shop gets two thumbs down for customer service. Unfriendly. No greeting when you enter or leave the store. No smilies. We will continue to donate our fine antiques and jewelry to the Assistance League! ACSDS staff has no idea what they could have gained ... if only they had smiled!

I have been coming here for years. I have sent a lot of business here. I have told friends about this place. I have found a lot of really awesome designer items here for absolute steals. Like a pair of crocodile kitten heel jimmy choo's for $60! a steal. also love contributing to the cause! That being said... The women that work here are so incredibly snooty. Like I am from the area. I grew up in CDM & these women are like some of the worst I have ever seen in this department! GO FOR THE: -great designer deals DON'T GO FOR THE: -extremely judgmental rich old white ladies who look at you like you should be cleaning their houses!

I’ve been to this shop a few times now. It is very overpriced.

Such nice ladies working! Eclectic things and fun to browse! They accept all donations as well.

I was there today and bought a cute shirt. There was a very rude male customer who was manipulating all of the cashier's time while other customers waited. The VOLUNTEER cashier handled herself amazingly in this difficult situation. Of course I finally had words with the customer who I hope never returns to harass the volunteers and other customers. #kindnesscounts

This review is long overdue. I've donated and shopped at this location for years; Former Managers Lucy and Raul always made me feel welcome and my donations appreciated. The tide has changed with Manager A.J. - who has been the Manager past few years. The tone is now different; she belittles her volunteer staff, the joyful music is now gone, and she has snarky signs at nearly every corner (No discounts - and don't even ask! No nudity! No bathrooms!). While I don't doubt these issues have arisen, it seems these situations could be handled respectfully with 1:1 conversations rather than condescending billboards for all who enter - and wouldn't dream of taking their pants off in the middle of the store. The front door is literally littered with signs and rules. Interested in donating but have a 9-5 job? Forget about it. Donations are ONLY accepted 11-3 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Doing a quick drop off on a Saturday? You'll be met with eyerolls and A.J. admonishments - as if they are doing YOU a "favor" in accepting your items - when in fact the opposite is true. For a store that relies on an influx of donated merchandise to support their noble mission of cancer research, they make it incredibly difficult to support their efforts. For all that's changed with A.J.'s "leadership" - the long standing loyal volunteer staff remains kind, welcoming and hardworking - which is always appreciated. I'm optimistic things can improve, but concerned this can't happen unless a change in management takes place.

Stopped by after having lunch to check out this establishment. As we walked in, we acknowledged the dark haired woman behind the counter with a "Hi!". She didn't even look up! Not even a minute later, another lady came in and right away, she acknowledged that woman with a very loud "Hiiiiiiii! How are you? Can I help you find something today?" We didn't think anything of it until we exited, and we got the same cold shoulder we got when we walked in. Outside, I asked one persons in my party if they noticed anything strange because I didn't want to think we were profiled. When they confirmed what I thought without me prompting the answer, the feeling in my gut that we were profiled was right! Needless to say, we regularly donoted to this great cause as our family and friends have been hit by cancer a lot! Whenever we can, we donate items or money to different charities that we know will help the recipients. With that kind of "greeting" we got from this place, we will no longer be donating there. We will donate our items and money where we know we will not be judged. Cancer doesn't profile anyone! Your local establishment shouldn't either. If I could give minus stars, I would!

I love to support any good cause especially when it comes to cancer having my mommy through it yours ago and now having a sister going through with as we speak. I try to go in with an open mind and hope to have a great experience and recommend to others, unfortunately I went to this store last week and what rudeness ,to you volunteers ....you ladies are the experience that your customers come in to have not only in shopping but also coming back to donate. you guys have a chip on your shoulder rude rude rude rude it seems like you guys have somewhere else better to be you. I hope that if they are offering you guys classes it will be in customer service. different note as a person that donates quite often to organization everything that I've ever donated and when I come back I hope to see gone not used as a bookshelf not used as a backdrop or a prop. I want my donations to be used towards cancer research not for your store to look pretty please understand that I have plenty of other people that are in need but I give back to your organization because of the cancer that has been in my family and hopes to find a cure. everything that gets donated should be sold that's just my point of view I feel really sad.

extremely rude and unfriendly women that work in this store. they make you feel like they are better than you. my daughter bought two chairs. she went today to pick them up. they gave her nothing but grief, even threw the race card at her. not allowing her friend a black man to even enter the store. he asked, is it because i'am black.???? he recorded the entire thing. my daughter is hispanic and they told her they were not racists, she even explained, my mom is white, so i have no idea, why you women are acting like this. my daughter told them i'am a cancer survivor, that is why we try to help give back. no i'am sorry for the way they treated my daughter and a friend of her daughter, who just came to help lift. they should be ashamed of themselves. avoid this place, if you dont mind being treated poorly.
