Seems like they have a whole, new friendlier crew! Today, everyone I spoke with from the man that answered the phone, to the propane attendant, to the guy that rang me up were so amicable and helpful!

Service is friendly in person, but can't fulfill their promises.Ordered an oil filter - they didn't bother to call me to tell me they couldn't get it. I went to pick it up on the expected date and they had no record of the order. Finally found order and said it was on backorder for 2+ weeks. Meanwhile, I could have ordered on Amazon or got it in Redding already.Then I ordered a fuel pump, they ordered a water pump and when it came it - didn't call me - so I couldn't correct them. I called to see if it came in and when I corrected them, they said they could get it overnight.Remains to be seen if they will communicate or order the correct items. This used to be the next best thing in town after M&M closed, but its not anymore.

Very Helpful Employees. I learned that NAPA AUTO PARTS is a franchise with individual owners. You cant return items or recieve core price, if its not in their computer.
