Another great experience with Corning Ford. Justin was awesome to deal with. He took his time showing us around and gave us plenty of options to choose from. Ended up in a 2022 F250 Lariat at a very good price.
Previous 3 experiences were the same also. Very happy with the customer service in the sales department at Corning Ford!

I couldn’t have picked a better place!!! They were super understanding and very welcoming!! Everyone was very nice and they don’t over tax you or pull anything shady. I would 100 percent recommend. Ryan E is the guy to visit!! Don’t be afraid to let them know your situation, they will do everything in their power to help you out.

Went to Corning ford after getting screwed by my local dealer (Whittmeier ford Chico ca ) I will not go back to Whittmeier and recommend everyone do not go to Whittmeier Ford

This is about the service department. I remember a time when we didn’t use computers. Customers still received great service from caring people. Now days companies and quasi government companies all have an excuse our computers were down so we can’t think on our own. One could actually write something down with a pencil and a piece of paper on a paper calendar or something. Excuses are like posterior openings. Everyone has one and they mostly stink.

I had a great experience with Corning Ford. I worked with two great salesmen, both named Ryan. My entire purchase was completed through phone interaction, as I am not located locally. From start to finish, they made the experience very easy. Never once did I feel pressured into anything. They are very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend Corning Ford and the Ryans!

We are over the moon excited about our new truck! Paul at Corning Ford made our truck purchase as effortless as ordering a pizza! Signing papers from our couch was a breeze, and my husband managed to get a signal while logging, to finish the deal. They even delivered it to us this afternoon!

I purchased a used Ford F-350 Super Duty truck at Corning Ford. My purchasing experience was very positive. Todd and Hector helped me through the process. The application for a loan was quicker than I expected. Results and funding were returned within an hour.
The truck was delivered to us in an immaculate condition. I was surprised, the truck appeared brand new. Runs extremely well. I have received follow-up calls regarding how the truck was running and if I was satisfied.
The people at Corning Ford can be trusted. They will tell you the cost, no surprises, and will accomplish all they promise.
I live in Grass Valley and I have no doubt, I WILL purchase my next truck at Corning Ford.

I put an order for 4 vans in and Corning Ford was very good at keeping me in the loop on where they were and when they arrived. They made sure the vans were clean inside and out. The signing process was very painless and quick. I cannot thank them enough for being so on top of it for me.

The people here have always been very nice but they lied to my face and I'm not ok with that. They said my tires were 2/32 and needed to be done right now.. I came to the place my husband and I always buy tires and they said my tires were barely into the yellow (between 4-5/32). I don't know how the measurements could be so different but they made me feel so uneasy and anxious about driving. Just be honest, it's not hard.
Bill: I'm not sure how you could do that. Feeling like I can't trust your employees isn't going to go away. Just do better.
