STELLAR SERVICE from the moment I spoke with Rosie and got scheduled. I really appreciated how professional and kind everyone was! Steve listened to my concerns and made sure things were taken care of and THANK YOU Alex for taking the time to troubleshoot my sound system issue on top of everything else and explain things to me, you are a gem and my whole family is excited that our eardrums are safe again! I highly recommend visiting this service department!

We were on our way home on Saturday after a camping trip. My wife and I in our RV and my son in his Toyota pickup. Our son called to tell us that his truck had smoke coming from under the hood. We called a tow truck and had him tow the truck to an auto repair in Corning Ca, which was closed for the weekendWhile we were waiting I called the local Chevy dealer. I spoke to Greg Hogan asking about their stock, thinking that we could trade a blown up pickup truck for a new vehicle and be on our way. Greg asked our situation and I told him what was going on, It turned out that he didn't have an appropriate vehicle for us to buy.While we were waiting for the tow truck, Greg took the initiative to come by to speak to us in person, which impressed me. Greg suggested that instead of leaving the truck on the street, we could leave it in his lot behind a locked gate. It was a week before we could work out disposal of the truck. Greg was great! He was very helpful when we really needed help and didn't charge for storing the truck or any of the time he spent helping us. This place rocks! Didn't purchase my car here but I decided to come here after Lithia Chevrolet in Redding had me fed up. It's smaller but the service was excellent. Glad I drove to corning instead.

Good people. Service is spot on. Parts are quick. Very busy service dept but still can schedule timely appointments and are finished early. Good communication.

Nice people, great service everytime. Make an appointment, show up, they do their thing in an hour just like they say. (Oil change, tire rotation, check fluids etc) I won't take my Colorado anywhere else.

Terrible service dept. Wasted a day with nothing being done to the car because they didn't listen to the original complaint on car, and didn't even perform a scan for any codes. Wont be going there again!

Its not the people who work at the dealership, but in my 2021 Premier Tahoe I have been getting a message saying SD Card is not functioning or has been removed. The Navigation and other items that I had when I Purchased my car and a very EXPENSIVE Warranty haven't been the same. GM told Tom @ dealership that GM doesn't have a fix????? And the existing SD card could not be restored to what it was when I purchased. SO, we are very unhappy about this.
