I had to make an appointment with “a banker” just to close my safe deposit box. Made a one hour drive from my current home (I’d moved out of Cool, thus closing the box) and it was just an opportunity for “the banker” to try and upsell me to other products. The “manager” couldn’t even close the box for me, had to be “a banker.” Done with Wells Fargo for good!

Horrible treatment...after waiting in line for eternity. I have USAA military bank account which allows me to withdraw money from any bank...I have my mortgage with Wells Fargo.I ran a transaction of $7500 for cash, and it was approved by my bank. I showed ID at Wells Fargo and they were about to count the money. The manager came over and decided suddenly that she didn't feel comfortable with the transaction and intervened with the transaction after it went through and made the teller reverse it-humiliating me in front of the bank in a small rural town, and messing up my banking for the day since they already ran the transaction. I felt discriminated against. Disgusting.

Undeserving of a rating. Bank managers bordering on inept & rude. We've held a large account with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. The managers of this branch were completely unable to assist us in any way. Huge disappointment.

Very disappointing! Went there to open up a checking account. And quickly learned that of the 6 people occupying the bank. None of them are qualified to open up a basic checking account. And an appointment must be made with a "banker" so he can explain my investment opportunities. All of the appointments did not work for my schedule as I too have employment. And I am not trying to invest. I'm trying to get a checking account.

Staff are great, and Nice, but the lines can be kind of long for how staffed it will be sometimes, I'm not entirely sure how the staff system works for this branch of bank but is defiantly a good branch anyway.

Been with them for nearly 7yrs and they are just liars and cheats. They took triple the amount out that I had setup for my account which was $25 and they took $75 then hit me an overdraft of $35 dollars. I explained to them I had switched jobs this month and I'm getting my first paycheck this week but there's nothing they can do for me is what I'm being told. The supervisor Charles that I was transfer to from jack did nothing, didn't give any good solution to my concerns and neither did jack. I have a debt and credit card through this company and those are getting canceled. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they are only about their money, they don't care how they effect people's day to day. I have used many of their banks throughout Sacramento and you get decent care inside their branches but I supervisor a call center and these people who I just spoke to aren't looking to help you, they are just little robots reading the script that this horrible bank has setup.

WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS!!! This branch had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When faced with a problem that was 100% the fault of the bank i was offered ZERO assistance. I was told to figure it out on my own. Instead of a banker taking the time to take me aside and help, they just told me to call the customer service number on my Debit card. I didn't need a banker to tell me I can call the customer service number on my card. I drove all the way to the bank to get a HUMANS assistance and was promptly told they could not help. Besides all of that, when I contacted another branch they told me to come right in and they would help me figure things out. Customer service is so important especially when managing peoples finances. When letting them handles thousands of dollars of mine, I figured the least they could do is take a moment to help. I hope other people have better luck but I am closing my account the moment they stop holding my money hostage!

OK, now I've not only removed my business account from Wells, but I removed almost all cash from my personal account. Here's why. Wells Fargo data centers went down for over 24 hours on Feb 7. The claim was that a small fire in one of their data centers caused the entire computer system to collapse across the US, and online. Hmph. How stupid do they think we are? Your data is in FAR more than a single center, and the legal redundancy required is legendary for banks. That means they have to be backed up and prepared. So either they're lying about the reason, or something more sinister is at play. Here's the wild thing. Barclays in the UK went down JUST like Wells did, at the SAME time. My guess? There's a financial collapse coming, it's going to be worse than 2008. Research it. We're long overdue. When that happens, the first thing to go down will be big banks and Fargo will be FarGONE. In other words, Wells will be at the head of the line. Their mortgage dept, which they depend on, and where they make most of their money, is failing fast. Lay-offs aplenty have plagued Wells, branches shutting down, and now mortgages are tanking. Combined with enormous derivative exposure (what brought down so many banks in '08), Wells is poised to walk the plank first. How does the scenario play out? The first thing that will happen is at the end of the week the "system" will go down. Then the weekend will ensue. No one will be able to get any cash. Online will be kaput. This is to help stop a 'bank run'. A bank run is when hordes of people go to their bank to withdraw their cash and get it safely back into their own hands. This is what happened in Greece, it wasn't pretty and thousands lost their life savings. It also happened at Lehman in '08. In fact my lawyer had hundreds of thousands invested with Lehman and lost it all. If you think you're covered by the FDIC, think again. The amount of money they have to pay YOU out, currently, in their coffers, is about $0.04 cents on the dollar. And You are small fry compared to the big dogs, with big voices, who will be at the front of the 'pay me back' line. But smart money will all know that a collapse is coming and will be clear of Wells Fargo long before the public. I think Wells going down right before the weekend in Feb was a test. It's suspicious as hell. I immediately removed almost all cash from my Wells account and moved it to a smaller bank, privately owned, that doesn't deal in derivatives and has never been busted time and again for scamming their customers. I advise you to do the same. Just a note: this review has nothing to do with the wonderful people that work at this particular branch of Wells. I've dealt with them and they're awesome, smart people. It's just the larger picture I'm looking at.
