I would never recommend this company to anyone. Linda was very rude and unprofessional with every encounter we had with her. It's almost June and my taxes still are NOT done, so I asked to pick up my documents. I turned in my tax documents to Linda in April and she said they would be done after a week. After two weeks, I called her and she said they would be done by the end of that week. After another week, I called Linda and she said she would finish them that day and call me. She never finished my taxes. She never called me. It has been 1.5 months and Linda still did not finish our families taxes. She never apologized. I finally just picked up my documents to get my taxes done somewhere else. When I went with my child to get my documents, she was incredibly rude and abrupt in front her my young daughter. I would never trust my personal information with her or take any documents to her.

LTS Services in Cool is by far the best Tax Service for my business needs. I highly recommend LTS Services to anyone looking for a new service. Very reliable and affordable to work with.
