Adrian and Ethan are making some phenomenal sandwiches in deli/bakery???Edit: Changed my five star review to a one star review. The wait is too long. And then when the wait is finally over and the employee says, I’m so sorry I’ve gotta make their other two sandwiches while the other employee leaves. I’ve ordered online multiple times before, they don’t read the instructions, so the sandwiches are wrong all the time. Done with it, done.

Amazing service and care about customer satisfaction. All produce is fresh and kept up, displayed well. The beer room is exceptional! I live up here and it is the closest store. I prefer to shop at Holiday over Safeway and Raley's even when driving right by them. Thank you all employees!

Had a few items, no tobacco or alcohol, so I went to the self checkout. Started to checkout when a lady with a full cart came up to another register. Had an issue with Mucinex, so I needed the attendant. But she was too busy helping this person checkout, since she was too lazy to go to the other register. So I wait, and wait, no help at all. I am not only doing their job, but now I don’t even get help when I need it. Very very poor service, I would have made the full cart person go to the full service lane. Get better service from Safeway, and may go there instead. Money talks…BTW this was around 1:45pm.

I don't give it 5 stars because every time I go to look for fresh cheese there isn't any and it also depends on the workers there at the time, it could be that you are well served or not well served.

This is a very beautiful lovely grocery store it is kind of hard to find if you have never been before just keep that in mind if you are planing a visit this is a very large grocery store with lots of different items to choose from they have delicious sandwiches made to order which are made with boars head lunch meats which is a very high end meats with all of the delicious ingredients the sandwiches are always my favorite item to grab when I am coming here it a quick lunch and great quick dinner option this establishment is very clean with lots of different delicious items to choose from holiday market is very close to sprouts market very similar foods the prices are affordable the staff working at this establishment are very friendly and very helpful the atmosphere reminds me of a home feeling when you are shopping you just feel comfortable and I can definitely appreciate that the meat department at this location has all of there meats beautifully displayed at the butcher block which I love to see so you can pick out which delicious meats you want to take home and cook the bakery had lots of delicious items to choose fromI tried avoiding the bakery department to much temptation lol this grocery store definitely meets my expectations they go above them If I am being completely honest which I always am in all of my reviews I post for Yelp I even had to use the restroom before leaving as soon as you enter the restroom it does not have that smellOf the unpleasant smell that most restrooms do it smelled very clean and it was very clean also when leaving my visit I glanced at the parking lot and it was also very clean no scattered shopping carts through out the parking lot which I definitely appreciate that way there is no chance of a loose cart hitting my car I highly recommend holiday market in cool they definitely exceeded my expectations on my visit and it was amazing experience I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great experiences to come thank you holiday market in cool happy holidays and merry Christmas to come keep up the great work :)

Quality of produce, meat and shelf goods is not good.Produce typically is often rotten within one day of purchase. Employees at the store become very offended if you try to return bad produce.Be very careful with meat, check expiration date closely, many fresh meat products are within one day of expiration.We stopped returning the bad meat, and just accepted that 20% of the time the meat purchased at Holiday will be spoiled before use.Shelf goods such as mayonnaise are often within a few days or weeks of expiration.We stopped purchasing these items at Holiday, the cost is typically double what we pay elsewhere and the Holiday products have a shelf life 50-70% less than if the same product is purchased elsewhere

You should really have a talk with your worker Kai Thomsen. Kid has a serious attitude problem and thinks he can talk to customers any way he wants. I hope management is aware of the way this employee talks with others

This used to be my go-to stopping grounds on the way to visit my mom before she passed. This market feels like if Raley's and Safeway had a baby...It's very clean, boutique feeling with the aisles being clean, easy to find product displays, and overall atmosphere. It's similar to Safeway in the way that they offer typing in one's phone number for instant on-demand rewards. They have quite a good selection of vegetarian type products given the dynamic of this being Cool, and there's not much available for grocery options. Grab a drink. Grab a deli sandwich. Or shop for pet food. It's all here!Thank you for reading!
