I feel lucky and joyful at this store when I used the DG app. Using the DG Dollar General App on the smartphone made the shopping pick up at this place quick and simple. Great finds! My shopping experience here was good and the cashier was an expert and pro at managing their store's items and what is in stock in their store. The clerk was perfect with talking with customer behind the cashier and in helping with item exchanges or check with what is available in their store.

Laura K needs to get with the times and quit thinking one chain store is the doomsday of this town. There’s so much area to roam for the animals I’m sure one acre of a DG parking lot isn’t gonna kill them. Friendly staff

This place forced its way into the community with promises of improving the quality of life in Cool, Ca. Former Beautiful grounds have been cleared of native growth and life. Surrounding areas are now dealing with misplaced animals, excessive dust and light pollution, a towering eyesore of corporate supremacy. Let's see if they are capable of paying people a living wage and employing enough staff to run the place effectively, making it worth the damage done. I wonder which adjacent ma & pop shops will fold first?

If I could leave a negative star I would!!! I visit this Dollar General quite often and I have never had a problem when Joe was the store manager or when Jen was the assistant manager. One of the problems that I had on this day that I went there was in a section it has three different signs saying 70% off closing shoes period I picked up five pair of socks and was told socks are not clothing period That made absolutely no sense to me. I had mentioned that I was going to do a review on the Dollar General website and after I said that my receipt magically got jammed and they were unable to print me a new one. I know for sure that the people ahead of me were given a receipt, and as I waited for the girl to pull up my mine, every one after me did infact receive their receipt as well. I already know the reason why I did not receive my receipt is because I had said I was going to do a bad review on the Dollar General website, because it was really obvious. I also contacted corporate on the same day, which was Saturday July 30th 2022. I spoke with someone and explained everything to which she apologized. She also told me that I would receive a call back from a district manager. I have yet to receive that call. I will no longer be shopping at the dollar general.

So this was my absolute favorite store in town . I visited this store two or more times a week actually . I always recommend it to friends and family. Well yesterday I was escorted out and told yo never come back because I was falsely accused of shoplifting. I was publicly humiliated. I have severe social anxiety as it is so this freaked me out. I'm n a t sure exactly how I'm going to proove myself but I will find a way . I'm not a thief and never have been . I am going through a rough time like most of is so I grabbed what I needed and put back what I couldn't afford. I guess that looked shady to them? I am now going to go to the corporate office file a report and get the complaint repaid so on until I proove I'm innocent. I'm very upset about this not as angry as I am sad . I was crying infrount of evryone it was embarrassing. They called my boyfriend a get away driver and band him aswell . I know this is an amazing store but I'd watch how you shop I guess and just a heads up your not allowed to bring your purse in . Apparently that is what I filled up with the tons of items they say I stole . My purpose is one of those mini back packs so for 1 it was filled with my OWN property and two it stay7on my back the ent7time untill I pulled out my wallet. So just a heads up , apparently they have gotten pretty skittish. I so upset I cant go anymore nut hopefully they change their way of observing ..

Dollar General has entirely too much stuff to where the people are crammed up to the register standing in line too long and I feel like they're lying when they say they don't have Lysol maybe the government ought to start getting some trucks up and come out to people's houses especially if you're taking care of older generation just start handing out things people need Lysol start sending Lysol tissue little personal items to people just give him something to do the very thing that people need you were taken from them it seems that way I'm sorry if I offended anybody but please clean up the dollar store so we won't be crowded and so close to each other we are too close to each other standing in line and they take so long to check us out I'm sorry if I offended anybody be safe God bless

I have been here several times and each time I have come the store is clean & stocked. The associates are always helpful and the manager/supervisor on duty tonight was friendly and helpful also. Store front and parking lot clean, plenty of carts and hand baskets available also. I waited about 2-3 minutes in line. The store is open until 10pm. If you have never shopped at a Dollar General download their app for coupons, weekly ad, create a shopping list and the app even will calculate your total. Right now they have left over Christmas items marked 70% off... HAPPY SHOPPING. Oh and their house brand is pretty good. They have their house brand in almost all categorize. Love zippered freezer bags
