Extremely disrespectful people! My husband just got a new doctor and they sent a script over to cool pharmacy and not one, not twice but actually 4 times!!! They said they either didn't have it or it wasn't ready even though the doctor had put special intrusions to make sure they filled it that day! Then 1 time witch would also be the last time they said they didn't have it in stock and couldn't fill it until the next day so he switched it to the other pharmacy in placerville because he would be working there the next day only to go there and them tell him that cool pharmacy had filled it the previous day when they said they didn't have it in stock!!! My husband is now without a very important prescription. On top of all of this the woman with glasses was extremely rude and even rolled her eyes at me! Don't go to this pharmacy!! They won't give you your scripts.

Horrible customer care , for being a small town you would think they would take time for patients but they are uneducated on vitamins and are biased on who gets care. When locals write reviews you know it's bad.

This is the best local pharmacy. They had to order my prescription and it was supposed to come the next day. However it was delayed and they didn't know why until we eventually found out the FedEx plane was delayed. My prescription is unusual so The pharmacist called other local pharmacies because I was going out of town and needed my prescription. She went out of her way to help & then some. Even called me the next day when they got it in.

I live on the Divide and just had surgery. My friends are running errands for me and, since I needed a prescription, I decided to use the local pharmacy. Cool Village Pharmacy is on my provider list. I called to make sure rx was there and register my insurance information. The clerk told me I could not get a refill until 3/9 but we're not taking any new customers. I said, I can't get filled or you're not taking new customers?" She said "we're not taking new customers." I continued to question that policy and got her rude response. I told her she had terrible customer service. She thanked me for that. Why couldn't she have been polite! But, I didn't know pharmacies could refuse a legitimate prescription and, especially, since they are approved providers.

The team members at Cool Village Pharmacy are nice and polite. And, if you need a simple antibiotic or an antacid, they're capable.Beyond that, the pharmacy is useless. CVS in Auburn may not have the nicest team, but they can get basic prescriptions filled if you or your family members are in need. And let's face it - you don't call or visit the pharmacy to say, "hello." You do it when something is wrong, someone is sick, suffering, and in need. And Cool Village Pharmacy, for the second time in two years, has proven incapable and incompetent in this important area.

I was disappointed that despite having a sign on the door that masks are required to enter the pharmacy, neither person behind the counter was wearing a mask. I know we're on the Divide where Covid including not spreading it is not taken seriously by many, but I hold a pharmacy in a higher regard and expect them to take better precautions considering they have sick people walking in and around the business throughout the day.

What is not to like, in today’s World, about amazing Customer Service, they and not a robot, actually answer their phones. Amazing service and so helpful. My Health Insurance is Kaiser, Chuck will work with them on prescriptions if needed and now I can get my Moderna Booster & Flu Shot there & not have to drive to Roseville
