“Overall service for a 65,000 milage maintenance check-up was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Car ran better after the service. It was an all-day event which was a little surprise. Was told it would half a day when I made appointment. Only concern was the cost. I called another source (dealer) after the service and it was less by 20% and they address any open warranty items at no cost. M45 told me they do not do warranty/recall work. Overall, I am satisfied with M45 but I will probably try other source just so I have two places that can work on car.”
“Had a nail in a tire and Les Schwab told me the only solution was to replace ALL the tires since I had an AWD. Les Schwab wanted to charge me $700+ to do that. Went to Souza's instead.. they patched the one tire for only $15. They saved me $600+. Thank you so much to them!!!”

“I love Autovantage! They do excellent work, give excellent customer service, and have very reasonable pricing. My car is vacuumed before I pick it up and I even get a thank-you snack for the ride home. My sunroof was broken and they went above and beyond to keep repair costs down while doing a proper repair. My son’s Element at over 300K miles needed more repairs than the car was worth and Autovantage again went above and beyond to help them in the decision process of whether to repair or sell the car. It’s a family owned business who have built a great team I trust to keep me safe on the road.”

“Highly recommend. Looking for a spot to run my smog check, I found the map littered with fussy businesses unwilling to take the engine cover off (4 bolts) to run my '91 Chevy. Sierra Smog is a no fuss spot with a can-do attitude that should be the industry standard. Do not waste your time and breathe searching elsewhere, this is the one.”

“Yesterday I was traveling from the coast back to my hometown in Idaho. In Auburn my car started quaking and the service engine light flashed. We couldn’t hit the pass in that condition … our GPS showed us that Drake’s was the nearest shop. We drove up to find it was closed, and Google let us know that all the shops around here are as well. As I walked away from the door, I heard a voice come through the camera. Drake said he’d make sure we were safe for our travels. I was overwhelmed with gratitude when he said he needed to go find the needed parts at the parts store. Our car isn’t too common around here so he had to order it the next day. But guess what? He fixed our car in the morning as soon as he got the part so that we could get home safely. I am so grateful for his kindness. If you are in the fence about choosing them for your repair I hope this sways your decision. This guy has such integrity and thoroughly went over our car for safety. Thank you Drake!!”

“The only garage I trust for 25 years. Now and again we get an estimate from a tire store or from our car’s dealership for work that needs to be done. I bring the estimate to Applegate Garage and Zack tells me the truth! Oh the money I have saved! Just today Les Schwab told me I needed $1000 worth of parts and labor. Zack showed me how I can get the parts online for $30. he said it’s such an easy job he’ll install it in five minutes for free.”

“Usually i am not one to write reviews but chris helped me so fast and was genuine from the start that i felt like i needed to make one i had called to get my car checked and no less than 3 hours had my car checked and repaired for a fair price they are very honest even showed me the parts that were damaged and were just super nice in general usually i am very nervous to go to a mechanic i dont know but i highly recommend them and will definitely come back for any future repairs”
