Walking into Zales this afternoon was an enjoyable experience. We were promptly greeted by Manager, Jennifer. It was a flawless experience as if it were rehearsed a thousand times. She was knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned with our interests. I would visit this store again with the hope of experiencing this level of customer service again.
