I will be changing back to my previous carrier, the customer service is so awful with Xfinity I was in tears from the experience, all I wanted to do is talk with a Person from Comcast but couldn't get to them. I am not a person who understands the internet lingo, not everyone is. Good bye Xfinity

Not helpful. I cancelled both my internet and mobile services with them and switched to a cheaper service with better quality. Wait time at this store is “forever”.

Xfinity has been charging me approx $10/mo. for equipment I returned in May 2022. That is nearly $200 of charges to date, which they only have refunded me $40 so far. Additionally, their service went up 67% in November from $72 to $120/mo. I have been a customer for close to 20 years, now moving to Sonic for $59.99 (10 GB speed, month to month, including equipment). Called but offered me 75 Mbps for $72/mo with 1 year contract. That is 133 times slower than Sonic for $12 more a month and tied to a contract. I guess Xfinity just takes customers for granted... Good riddance!

The worst we just got it a week ago and it took them 5 hours to come up stairs, they were sitting in there truck doing nothing, four days later we had a problem with the box and they were schedule to come again to fix it and the end up saying that we weren’t home when I work from home they never call or update you on anything that’s why I rather switch to AT&T

Went to store on Dec 7 and greeted by Perry S. who was super helpful and friendly.He helped me and my wife to exchange our old set top box to the new 4K set top box.He also provided us a new cable to connect the box to the wall mount.We were in the store for 5-10 minutes and we received the best service we have never had before.I had to returned to the store again on Dec 11 due to the faulty 4K set top box.This is expected due to the fact that they were all refurbished units.The office was extremely busy this time and I had 10 people ahead of me.Again, I was lucky to work with Perry who provided me with exceptional support.I’ve worked with many Comcast representatives in different locations over the past 22 years as a Comcast customer.Perry is the best, the most knowledgeable and friendly person.

Horrible experience. I went in around noon on Monday and the man at the front desk was very rude. He asked why I was there and I told him that I needed to pick up a router. I told him I had called customer service that morning and they said to go to this location to pick up the router. He then said, “Customer service is just a bunch of Filipinos who don’t know what they’re talking about”I don’t know what his name is, but he had stubble facial hair and it was grey. Absolutely racist and horrible. Will never go to this location again.

Think the people try their hardest but this store has the most ridiculous wait times. With an appointment to just even drop off a box it takes 45 min to intake. This is my 2nd experience with this store, the first time I was skipped three times before having to speak up and then realize they made a mistake… I was trying to avoid continuously asking how long I had to wait since everyone kept asking the same question and slowing down the process, this was for a simple pick up. My mistake.

Absolutely terrible service from the gentlemen at the front today. Asked some questions and tried to make a return of equipment I no longer needed and was given no help whatsoever. No attempts to satisfy or answer simple questions, only deflections and negative responses. Christian and his co-worker told me to go online and make an appointment or go to a UPS store. When I voiced the concern that I didn’t want to be charged for another billing cycle that I wasn’t going to be using these pieces of equipment for he basically said that’s how it goes and blew me off to do the same thing to the next guy in line. Horribly unprofessional. Going home to unplug the rest of my Comcast equipment and cancel immediately. 3yrs a customer ending today. Go with literally any other provider in this area. Abysmal service.

Parking is horrible. Just wanting to drop off equipment that was replaced & had to wait for “representative”. Seriously, there’s a number in the unit identifying me. This place sucks. People getting irritated.

Been getting super poor service from phone support and store personnel. In 2 weeks, I have been on the phone 3x for several hours and been to the store 3x. Still can't get things fixed.

The worst customer service experience ever! First the automated system makes you crazy talking and talking and takes forever to connect you to the right department then their agents are not knowledgeable enough to explain what’s going on in charges with billing, They are adding services to increase your billing without notifying you!!! And they are never willing to resolve your issue when they don’t have an answer the easy way is to hang up the call that’s it!

On 9/30/2023, I called to add cable and become a wireless customer. My plan was to purchase two cell phones, for my daughter and son also. This is know as a bundle.Already being a Xfinity customer, receiving internet service, the sales representative I worked with on 9/30/2023, was having difficulty with pushing the deal through for the promotion, due to a balance that was due for services I never received. This sales representative pushed me through to a department to get that matter resolved, which I did, then connecting back to the sales representative for the bundle deal.I advised the sales representative the matter is resolved but I was advised it would take 5 days for the matter to not reflect my account, I asked if we could move forward with adding cable for now and I would add mobile data service at a later time.The sales representative, told me he could push it through and said he would turn my internet service off for 10 minutes and resume it afterwards.Unbeknownst to me the sells rep, canceled my account entirely, I spent hours on the phone with this person while running my daily errands.Finally the sales rep advised he would not be able to add the cell phones, I would have to wait five days like the lady from another department informed me.I arrived home at a later time and found I had no internet. My user name would not populate. I was at a lost. I spent hours on the phone from approximately 2pm-7pm that day trying to get this figured out.Finally I realize, my account was cancelled and I received a new account number. I was furious, the sales rep also scheduled me an appointment unbeknownst to me for 10/2/23 I would find out.I worked tirelessly with tech support over the course of the weekend trying to get someone to come out and resolve my issue. No one came. On 10/02/23 my appointment was scheduled for 2-4pm. Xfinity cancelled this appointment. I only realized this after I’ve taken off work early, using PTO be home for this repair. Again I was furious.Once again I’m on the phone with support. Advising them I am a single parent with a trip coming up for work. My kids would be home, our home depends on Wi-Fi to operate All things.I felt as if my needs were dismissed, I was connected with dispatch who was rude and not understanding.Hours out of my day at least 10 hours, using 3hrs of personal time off work. My bills are paid and I’m without Wi-Fi because a sells rep wanted commission or to meet his quota.Xfinity you have let a hard working single father of two teenagers Down.Make this right or I will surely be looking for a more suitable network.
