All the employees were so rude and unhelpful. Specifically Morgan and the purple-haired lady. I was in the store for multiple hours and they were in a bad mood the entire time and made it known to everyone which is horrible customer service.

Customer service is horrible There was this big lady with purple hair and she was so rude and racist she blew at my face with her stinky breath Then continue to give me attitude I canceled my purchase because of the way she was treating me.

I was helped out by Malia and Desire ,hopefully Im spelling her name right but their service was awesome. They helped pick my outfit out ,i kept asking questions because I wasn't sure what to wear at all but I left the store with a outfit ,they deserve a raise and Im a picky client also….. but they definitely deserve the recognition:) .

Their website has incorrect hours. Don’t say you’re open at 10:00 and then be closed.

The manager there is very unprofessional I feel completely bad for all the workers there being put down by that women .I heard and saw her talk down on one of her employees that was extremely uncomfortable for me as a customer imagine the worker!There is no Ac in that store imagine the amount of germs circulating around that whole store because there is no ventilation in never going to spend a dollar In a store where their employees get treated poorly!

Been here a couple of times and the place was clean and clothing is always nice. I feel like the workers are just there to get money and do not like their job at all. The store is very small and right as you walk in the workers act like they do not see you to greet you along with how whenever you are looking for someone it feels like nobody wants to help you, and if they do they have a bad attitude. I do not know if it's the workers who are the in the wrong or the management maybe working them too hard... maybe they are slim on workers? It makes me not feel like shopping here, so I do not unless I really need something from there. Only reason I am giving this place a 2 out of 5 and not a 1 is because I like their clothing and the store does not look like a disaster.

If Britney's smile doesn't get you her fashion sense will. This girl can pair pair up an outfit. The $7.00 sale rack is amazing, everything from prom dresses to jeans. You can't afford not to shop here.Ask for Britney's she's the bomb!

I've been to this location now multiple times. I personally had to make a return, and have witnessed them be rude to customers when making a return and I experienced it firsthand today unfortunately. Ladies take a note, this is not your business this is a chain so don't take it so personally when someone is making a return.

I came in last minute as the store was closing, and Britney was amazingggg. She helped me through the process of finding my interview outfit quickly and efficiently. I experienced the best customer service I've ever received in any store. Thank you so much Britney, your kindness was more than appreciated! I will definitely be back.

My review is specifically tailored towards Brittney who works at this location. Brittney has such amazing customer service, as soon as you walk into the store she's greeting you. I was looking for a dress for my daughter and she showed us a couple of options and helped my daughter find the right one. I'm very happy and appreciative for her knowledge. I will definitely be coming back because of her.

A dress that's cost me almost $70 that the zipper wouldn't break so fast. Also, I got a second outfit, and they left the alarm on. The store is too expensive to have these simple mistakes.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only do their associates lie to get more money but the manager is completely disrespectful and rude and non-accommodating whatsoever. Will not ever recommend this location to anyone.

I bought a dress there and when I got home I realized it it had a hole in it so the very next day I went to go return it. So just to make sure i could get a refund I called and asked for the store manager and I asked if I could bring it back and the store manager said I could. So when I went to take it back one it the associates said I couldn’t return it bc of the hole even though it was not my fault
