Busiest Costco in northern CA according to the manager. This place can get super crowded.

Take advantage of the 9am early hours or shop late around 7 to avoid most of the crowds.”

“The layout of this store is similar to Costco. The bakery here is great. If you need to pick up something last minute for birthday, etc. great selection and nicely decorated options. As far as everything else, the items I found that Costco also sells were similar in price or sometimes a little less. But that was rare because the majority of what Sams Club offers is not available at Costco(and that's a good thing or else why would I shop here?)
Clothing selection is great. Sizes go from xs through xxl. I like the shopping experience here. I must because I drive here all the way from San Leandro ?”

“We normally go to Costco but just recently added a Sam's membership to try. And it had more than we thought. It definitely wasn't as crowded as Costco and we had to scan membership card for everything including food court and exit. But I liked the fact that a lot of their sizes weren't as big as Costco size. Selection was decent and we saw stuff (especially snacks) that Costco didn't carry. And this the kicker, the food court! More selection, cheaper since smaller but who cares. We got a slushy and pretzel. This would be a kid's reward if the kids were younger. Except this Sam's didn't have a gas station. Otherwise once kids are gone and you don't need Costco sizes, Sam's is a good and less stressful alternative.”

“Went to this Costco for a return... the line was insane.... I don't know if it's because I came on a Friday around 2:00pm... but the line took forever... BUT- the reason for this review is not because I love writing reviews. Its more to recognize the service I received... It's not often that I go to costco and I have extremely helpful people... this Costco however, has always been great. With the line being long, being tired, being annoyed that the line is too long... (lol) when it was finally my turn I was greeted with a big (happy to work here) smile... which you know what they say is contagious... Prado, I think that was his name, he was so helpful, so informative, and it didn't matter if there was a line behind us, he made sure to help me understand any future return questions I had. He seemed sincere and genuine about our quick convo about the Korean BBQ and that's what customers need after waiting in a long line... (yes still talking about that line) So shoutout to Prado (sorry if i got this name wrong) Cheers!”

“Great prices! Before I purchase I always check prices at COSTCO and today Sam's prices were lower on all items. Plus they deliver to my front door.Go check prices and save money. Yes I am member of both COSTCO Concord, CA and Sam's Club.”

“I have been a Costco Member for many decades. Today was the first day I patronized the Pharmacy at the Antioch, CA Costco. I received great service from Alex (via a Phone call). As a first time caller, I had no clue how the Pharmacy service works. Alex, patiently and professionally provided answers to my many questions. He also spent the time to listen to their voice mails in search of the message my doctor left with my new Prescription. I originally told him that my doctor said he spoke to one of the Pharmacy staff which was not the case. Because of the high quality service he provided me today, he definitely should be recognized by upper Costco Management. I could not find a way on the Costco web site or system to leave a review or feedback; therefore, I am using Yelp. Hope this helps my fellow Costco Members. Thank you Alex, Ed Woo”

“I Really Want to give a HUGE shout out to Fred who is a Pharmacy assistant, I feel like he went above and beyond searching for a medicine that is a bit difficult to locate, he even contacted the original Pharmacy to have it sent over on my behalf. Then he called to tell me "your medicine is ready for pick up".
He went above and beyond, upon meeting him he has a very kind demeanor. Also the pharmacist went over how to take the medicine that wasn't gone over before by the previous Pharmacy.
