“I had a strange issue with the TPMS on my relatively new car—readings were incorrect and inconsistent, and the problem came and went without a clear pattern. It didn’t seem like the sensors should have failed, so I brought it in to the Sam’s Club Tire Center in Concord to get a second opinion.

Carlos, the lead who was working the counter, was incredibly patient and thorough. He listened to my explanation, agreed it was unusual, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once he got into the job and started taking the tires apart, he discovered moisture in the sensors and excess visible on the tyre rims. What really stood out was that instead of just completing the job, he invited me over (I was shopping in the store) to show me what he found and answered even more questions.

This was exceptional customer service—I left not only with the issue resolved but with a clear understanding of what went wrong and why. I was genuinely impressed and very happy with the service I received.

In addition, the price was very reasonable. I was quoted and charged ~$200 here for full TPMS sensor replacement and programming all tyres, when I was quoted ~$500 elsewhere.”

“Went to this Costco for a return... the line was insane.... I don't know if it's because I came on a Friday around 2:00pm... but the line took forever... BUT- the reason for this review is not because I love writing reviews. Its more to recognize the service I received... It's not often that I go to costco and I have extremely helpful people... this Costco however, has always been great. With the line being long, being tired, being annoyed that the line is too long... (lol) when it was finally my turn I was greeted with a big (happy to work here) smile... which you know what they say is contagious... “I have been a Costco Member for many decades. Today was the first day I patronized the Pharmacy at the Antioch, CA Costco. I received great service from Alex (via a Phone call). As a first time caller, I had no clue how the Pharmacy service works. Alex, patiently and professionally provided answers to my many questions. He also spent the time to listen to their voice mails in search of the message my doctor left with my new Prescription. I originally told him that my doctor said he spoke to one of the Pharmacy staff which was not the case. Because of the high quality service he provided me today, he definitely should be recognized by upper Costco Management.
