This Wells Fargo, branch is not the same which was before. Went there last week almost a 90 year old lady she forgot her debit pin number, she went back and sat on Disabled chair for almost a 25 minutes. I felt so bad. When my turns came up I asked her to go before me. She smiled and so happy. Suddenly Security Guard showed up. Hey you don't have to that I said seriously she is disabled and waiting for help almost a 25 minutes you didn't realize that no one help her yet, you didn't see she disbale. He said I don't know, he told me to go back again in the very end line to start up again. I was bad hurt, and just about you leaving. Every person who behind me asked me take over theirs turns, they tried to stop me alot. Bcz they was so happy to see my this act, except Wells Fargo guys. But since my heart, was hurt, I left and say Goodbye to this branch forever.

It’s January 3rd at 4 p.m. and they have 3 tellers working, and a line out the door. New management needed. The lead is just sitting back asking if she can help “no cash transactions”. She needs to take up a station and work.

Absolutely redicules!! My husband and I went to speak to the banker while she was serving a client we waited patently- once she was done she came over to the seating area and asked who's next- we said we are - she said how can I help in a rush to go get her friend or family who was waiting in the line to help- We said we are here to get help with a bill payment confusion, all she did was asked us to log in and she zipped through to the teller area to help her friend!! Wow!!!!! She didn't apologize, didn't come back to check with us and left us hanging: I understand the world is short staff but hiring people as such is worst then having people like her in a influential financial place- I manage 30 people and this is the worst of its kind to be honest! It almost seems it's a family business not a banking institution- after 25 minutes we are still waiting on her to come back help us where she stopped with us. Ridiculous!!!!! I hope the manager is reading this- this is Evelyn we are talking about- she is walker though us and started helping another person who speaks her language- Awful!

Concord branch of WF is horrible. Got the run around due to a missing check. One of the employees lied and said the fund will be back in my account in two weeks yet nothing was deposited. Who ever that guy that I talked to is is a waste of life and a bold face liar. No integrity at that branch.Went to another Wells Fargo branch and got it resolved. The competent person that helped me said that she had no idea what the other guy was talking about in the Concord branch.I think that inept person just didn’t want to do their job out of sheer laziness.

Super dysfunctional branch, long customer lines most of the time, only 2 tellers, and other employees slowly moving in the background. Apparently they close their so-called "vault" earlier than the closing time for the branch. No explanation why, ex. for they don't want to provide a listed service if it's not directly related to them making $$ off of customers. Anytime I called their local phone, no one picks it up. Why the gov't didn't shut WF down years ago when they got caught in a massive cheating scandal? New on-line banks are making more sense. Either this branch is run by people with "I dont care" attitude, or the branch business is dying out generally.

Expect longggggg waiting time, waiting for 30 minutes already and there's still 7 people ahead of me, and there's 10-12 people behind me.

Ditto the other poor reviews..ALWAYS a very long line. Was in line this morning behind a bunch of people..2 tellers out of a possible 10 stalls working. One teller finished with a woman and put his closed sign up..so now we have one teller! I find it insulting that a multi billion dollar banking operation runs this branch like this..just close this location already!

Worst customer service experience I ever had. Two days in a row I waited over 45minutes to see a tailor. Both days only 2 tailor was working and the manager was just looking.

Worst branch.. I'm a business owner downtown and this branch NEVER has enough tellers for the constant long lines that they have. When I come here im always reminded why I don't. Today there only 2 tellers and a line of at least 20 people.

The person who was supposed to help me was not helpful.at all. I.want to open account she kept saying it didn't make sense for me to do that and how much it costs as if I was broke or something. 2nd I needed help with exchange of foreign money she had no clue how to do it or she didn't want too. The manager told her to call foreign exchange numbers she started complaining she had to wait 30 min.she gave me the number and told me to go somewhere else .very unprofessional .yes please contact me.

This is another Wells Fargo that always has long lines, will have two, maybe three tellers and then one guy who stands by the door and asks what you need."I want to make a deposit."Then he points to the line, the very long line that takes up a good portion of the bank. "Right over there.""Oh, you mean that line that leads up to the tellers? I was just going to take my money and toss it in the toilet in the bathroom. Thank you for directing me to the right place, it's my first time in a bank and I would have never known where to go."What is the purpose of this idiot? Why is he not standing behind the counter helping people instead of wasting people's time telling them what they already know? Is this now Walmart where we need a greeter. I personally don't need to be greeted, I want to get in and get out.But this seems to be the thing at a lot of Wells Fargo now. I do not get it but this is the way of the world now. Here's a tip Wells Fargo: people don't want to stand in a long line. You've got a guy standing by the door wasting people's time. Put that guy behind the counter and get the line down.
