The people in the bank were great, efficient & helpful. Had a call from a rep that was so rude. Was looking for a home loan or what I needed for a loan and the man was so rude. Not sure how he 'handles loans' -he needs training w/customer service.

Disappointing banking experience lacks the reliability expected from a financial institution lots of improvements are crucial for customer satisfaction here. The wait time ridiculously excessively too long. No one seems friendly or smiling. It's not a good banking experience. Even the ATM outside had a long wait.

Came in to the bank at 9:18am. It is now 10:05. One teller. Still in line. Time to look for neighborhood banks. Update at 10:20: there is a woman ahead of me that looked like she was about to faint and knocked down one of those metal poles for lines . A few fellas in line helped her pick up stuff she dropped, telling her how to stand so she's not tired, etc. nice to see people helping. No bank employee came. Says ALOT about this branch.

Beware of this branch. Got followed home from a car that was waiting in the Wells Fargo parking lot. Thieves broke into my car looking for money. Filed a report with PD. Who knows, maybe someone in the branch tipped them off. Dont use this branch unless you want to get robbed.

Terrible place to visit for your banking needs. Consistently poor customer service and many of the personal bankers (aka tellers with desks) don't even want to help the patrons. I would even go as far to say that the so called "man"-ager Toma Daniels doesn't even want to do his job. I have already switch to Travis Credit union and the difference is like night and day. "MY MAN" stfu

It's been bad in the past but I've been with Wells Fargo since high school so I hesitated to post. But today, during a business day, 10 people ahead in line. Time to teller: 27 minutes. Time spent inside for a simple transaction (not with "bankers"): 33 min. See my pic.

Wow, unbelievable wait almost every time i come. I think they could have one of the tellers help upfront instead of a 20 minute wait in line and still two more customers ahead of me.

So everything these days is done online. And I understand that, but the fact that when a fraud happens on your account you have to actually call someone and thy are not able for you to go online and try to defraud what is going on. Why can't I dispute a fraudulent charge online without actually talking to someone?

This place is the worst bank known to man. Tell me why I'm 36 years old and never have dealt with the bank, because I've heard so many horror stories. A friend told me I should try Wells Fargo. So I set up a savings account there. Not only did I wake up one morning to check my available balance just to see that Wells Fargo got into my account and took $2500 out of my savings account, my personal savings account. When I asked why they did it they said that but it was a legal fee and they were not legally allowed to give me any information other than that. Funny because I thought a savings account was a very personal account that only I should be able to access; almost like a Social Security number. Guess I was wrong. Not only has Wells Fargo starred me from ever wanting to deal with any banks, but they treat me like crap when I go in there to withdraw money. I have never ever in the seven times that I've been there, EVER left having a good or even semi-OK experience. Honestly? F*** this bank. No seriously F*** THIS BANK. Oh my favorite experience? I went to cash a paycheck and the teller said she couldn't cash it but basically put a stamp on it said that it was processed meaning that after walking out of the bank and walking into a check cashing place, the teller at the check cashing place informed me that since there was a stamp that said the check was processed I was not allowed to cash it. So I had to go back to hell oh sorry, I mean HELLS Fargo, to ask the teller why she did this, only to find out that she was on lunch. LMAO seriously? Wow. Apparently she did not trust my paycheck, even though it was issued by a company, a very well-known company at that, and Bank of America. Spell another teller which I think was the manager had to come over and basically find another stamp which they couldn't find, to "stamp" that my check was not processed and was not cashed through them. Well they couldn't find that stamp because basically everybody here doesn't know their a** from their elbows. Seriously? Must be nice to go into work and just sit on your a** and be stupid all day. Their parents must be so proud. So basically if you're going to open a savings account or any account, or just want some thing where you trust your money is safe, do not, I repeat DO NOT, put your money or trust in this s*** bag a** bank. They will rip you off then go to lunch and laugh about it. I had to go to Bank of America where they tell her they're even agreed with me that Wells Fargo was basically a f****** joke. Don't trust your money with these people unless you like getting ripped off and leaving feeling like a criminal. Seriously not only did they always make me feel like a criminal or like I was stealing but they did not even try to be polite unless I was making a deposit. The teller even told me oh, well what we can do today is deposit your whole check and then you can see what the available balance is. LOL. So in other words you're gonna put my money in your bank and then tell me how much I can get from it? LMAO. F*** WELLS FARGO and every idiot working there. Bitter? Hell yea I am.

Rushed over to the bank, had to leave work early to make it in before closing. I made it! 4:36PM.A man in his suit and tie comes out from behind his desk and asks me if I have a question. I said 'I'd like to open an account' he said 'We are closing soon and there is no o e to help you'. That's it!!!!! This is the downside of taking away their sales goals. Helping the customer is now something to be avoided .I've been a customer since 1989 but it's time to go.

Cindy was just fantastic. Very knowledgeable and went over every detail to find the perfect checking/savings account for me. Very kind and took her time to go over all of my concerns. Branch manager Toma is a very dignified man. Well dressed, great attitude and highly knowledgeable. Checked in with me before the appointment and made a great suggestion that worked out even better in the end. Loved how quickly and efficiently everything was taken care of.
