Only takes coins, but the coin machine doesn't work. If it works it gives the wrong change out. Put in 1$ and only got .75 cents. Nobody answering the door or phones.

literally the worst experience i’ve ever had at a laundromat. They have ZERO Customer service, their machines eats your money and if by a miracle you find one that won’t eat your money it doesn’t work. My washing machine was stuck on rinse for like 30 minutes and the whole wash was supposed to be 36 how to take my sopping wet clothes to a whole different place to wash and dry them. I don’t even know how this place is still open.

If you like saunas come here in the summer. Wear your bathing suit. Ick no its yucky fifty here. Bring your own fan if you must use this place.I spoke to owner as it was stifling hot. His answere was well it's a laundromat. Well the others in town aren't suffocating hot like this, or filthy. There is no ventilation or air movement whatsoever. Opening door does nothing as a wall blocks any airflow.Clayton road one is much better.

Water on the floor, soap dispenser just eats your coins and doesn't give you any soap, honestly awful.

So far I just walked in. And it's a mess. Trash on the floor. Carts blocking the entrance. Not a great smelling place either. I was in the area and needed to wash some clothes. Probably will not becoming back here. I would rather drive to a place much farther then come back here. **after walking the place I have decided not to wash my clothes here at all. Had to change my plans due to how bad this place is.

I just got off of the phone with the owner who accused me of making problems when the change machine gave me $9 back out the $10 bill I put in the machine to wash and dry my laundry. Now I'm short changed for getting my laundry done. I bet I'm notthe only person who gets SCAMMED out of $1. Just the one who is saying something about it.The forms for reporting problems aren't available, just visible in the box to make it look legit.I'm also reporting this guy to the BBB.

Quarter dispenser took my money and there is no way of contacting the owner for it being out of service after I put my money in.

How can a laundromat get one star right? Well, I went in and there were two puddles on the floor, one in which I slipped and almost fell, the two machines I opened smelled like mold, some of the machines had tape over the coin slot, and I thought....I wonder why nobody is in here? Let the guy go broke, he doesn't care about you.....move on to someone who does!

When Jay was the owner this place was better. Its convenient that's it. Lots of dryers and washers haven't worked for probably a year. The old owner let you use the bathroom not the new owner. Often the quarter machine doesn't work so bring our own. Homeless and or tweakers frequent this laundry mat. What used to take two quarters to dry now takes 6. If it wasn't that I needed uniforms drive for tomorrow I would not be at this laundromat. If the new owner would put some money into the business and correct the problems it would be a very nice place.

This used to be a respectable well maintained laundry. No longer. Machines rarely are working except the high end washers and the maintenance is poor. Go elsewhere, The new owner seems lacking in good business protocol
