“Went to this Costco for a return... the line was insane.... I don't know if it's because I came on a Friday around 2:00pm... but the line took forever... BUT- the reason for this review is not because I love writing reviews. Its more to recognize the service I received... It's not often that I go to costco and I have extremely helpful people... this Costco however, has always been great. With the line being long, being tired, being annoyed that the line is too long... (lol) when it was finally my turn I was greeted with a big (happy to work here) smile... which you know what they say is contagious... Prado, I think that was his name, he was so helpful, so informative, and it didn't matter if there was a line behind us, he made sure to help me understand any future return questions I had. He seemed sincere and genuine about our quick convo about the Korean BBQ and that's what customers need after waiting in a long line... (yes still talking about that line) So shoutout to Prado (sorry if i got this name wrong) Cheers!”

“I had some special requests/instructions, basically was just a needy customer, and Mike in customer service was a huge help. Got everything fixed for me and on the way so I could get back to brewing. Big thanks to Mike in CS and his mgmt team for taking care of me and supporting my increasingly expensive new hobby. “A long overdue review. I have been a hifi enthusiast since the early '90's, but am no rich guy. It wasn't until I came across the NHT 1.5 speakers back then did I think I could never afford excellent audiophile speakers. I purchased my first NHT 1.5 speakers back then due to their holographic imaging, fantastic tone, and beautiful looks. And since then I slowly grew my NHT collection of speakers for my home, which now includes three home theater systems and still my beloved original 1.5 speakers for my home office. I had my trusty NHT SuperSub encounter an issue after about two decades of use. I didn't think I had any options to get it repaired, but I contacted NHT to ask. They offered to take a look at it if i dropped it off, which I was willing to do. But then they also offered a trade-in credit to a new NHT 10" sub. That was the path of least resistance and put me into a nicer sub so i took them up on the offer. I can say that was such a great way to go, the new sub kicks a*** I've also had a few friends convert to the NHT way after listening to my speakers. They all have nothing but praise about their speakers. I am so happy NHT is still around and still in Benicia. A really great bunch of people passionate about excellent audio at reasonable prices.”

“Good customer service I should have done this review a while ago but Enrique was able to help me obtain a new card after loosing mine and he was super nice, helpful and on top of that it was hi cost to replace it! I know this is probably standard but he was really nice and when you go places you can tell when people are in a bad mood and you could tell he was genuine! We talked briefly about school and out goals it was nice :)”
