The staff are friendly, but they need to manage their duties. It says open at 7am, and I got here at 7:02am, the woman(black) told me they are not open yet, still need couple more minutes. I personally think schedule is set for a reason, the customers expect coming in during the operation hour and I cannot, it is a big deal for me.

They never have enough staff at the pharmacy, the drive-thru is always closed. If they make so much money and sell medicines so expensively, they should hire more staff.

I work as a cashier buy the cashiers at this location, do not want do their jobs. They let customers look stupid so it’s a brainer as to why the store is so sparse in inventory, can’t shop at a place like that. It’s hard to feel empathetic towards SOME of the staff cos they don’t put in any effort towards job.

Walgreens Concord. I came today Sunday to pick up some photos order. We were threaten in an unwelcoming manner by a specific worker. We were waiting at the photo station and the worker was very rude. He didn’t want to do his job and was telling us to go the other register. He said why we were standing like that pretending that they are robots. That is discrimination. The worker has stars tattoo behind his ears and surgery to repair a cleft lip, he had a hat. He was so rude. He was struggling to his job.

So RUDE STAFFI called to ask a question and I waited in line for more than 30 minutes than a RUDE AND CRAZY WOMAN picked up my call and she talked so unprofessional and rude. Why would those stories don’t fire those kinds of staff..??

Worst customer service experience. This place is terrible. The lines are horrendous. You wait in line for a long time. The service is terrible. don't recommend this pharmacy.

Wish I could give zero stars. Waited in line for almost 45 minutes to get my sick kids antibiotics and other meds that are NEEDED. To be told they need at least another hour... obviously, I already used up my entire break at work on this... had to go back to work... came back after work to see that they CLOSED the pharmacy without notice because their "system is down." I get that happens, but notify people. I never received a notification that the RX was ready. I went to the other Walgreens location as directed to be told they CANNOT fill the rx through the insurance because the monument walgreens already billed them, and it can not be reversed. Now I'm paying out of pocket for antibiotics, and I'm going to have to go through a lot more trouble in filing claims, etc. The wait for this place is ridiculous. I'm looking for a new pharmacy.

Made an appointment for 3:30 to get my vaccines. Got there at 3:10. Was told I had to wait in the prescription pickup line, which had 20 people waiting in line! I finally got to check in at 4:45. Then it was 5 before I got the vaccines. They are always minimally staff. Never a short wait! I'm using CVS from now on!

Biggest waste of time ever. You could tell they were under staffed. Line was crazy long for prescriptions / appointments. Not efficient not helpful. Don't both going here if you're trying to get COVID/Flu vaccines and have kaiser because they will make you pay. It has never been like this but that's how they're doing it.

Always long queue and every one in the pharmacy works so slowly and never care for you if you are sick or healthy to wait 30 minutes on queue

Arriving at 5:30 for a pharmacy that closes at 6:00, and having stood in line for 15 minutes I was told they would not be able to serve me. I said I'll just wait anyway, I've been here a while and was told, "I assure you your persistence will not pay off we will not be serving you today. " I politely suggested they should have cut the line off 15 minutes ago since I've been waiting that long. The person who identified himself as the manager said, what else can I say you're not getting served. Walgreens needs a corporate shake up. They are understaffed because they pay so poorly. Now there essentially mistreating customers. They've lost my business in all things forever.

I never write reviews, but This Pharmacy has gone so far down in customer service that I am going to change stores. Recently ill and family members had to wait over an hour in line for pickup of prescription. Was there Friday and line was 15 people long to went home and came Saturday and I was 12th in line and it took one hour to get one prescription (they other two that the doctor called in on Thursday were not ready yet. Used to have a great drive-up window, but that has been closed for over a month. Don't know what else to say - understaffed - they need to fix it.

One-star pharmacy. I would have rated it 0 if Google reviews had the 0 star option. I waited in line for 20 minutes to pick up my father's sleep medication, only to be told that the pharmacy was closed. I explained to the manager (a woman with face tattoos) that my father needed his medication for the night, but she was unhelpful and rude. I will definitely be switching to a different pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy ever! They took more than an hour to administer a shot for which we had an appointment. They are super slow, non-attentive and just do not care about people's time. And it was not that they were busy! Not at all!!

The worst pharmacy ever. I transferred my prescriptions to Safeway and received $50.00 and now no longer half hour waits.
