A lot of people come here, but there's usually only one person working. Often, that person goes to the back and spends time talking to the person making the medication packets, which ends up wasting time. Given how much money they make, they should at least hire 2-3 people to work at the same time.

Worst customer service ever. By the manager no less. Walked by me three times without even saying hello while I was waiting for service just to drop off a FedEx PKG!!

This place does the bare minimum. They have given me the wrong medication before, they have canceled my pick ups, they refuse to contact my doctor. It’s a mess. Huge line at all hours of the day. Do your self a favor and go to the one near todos santos.
