These ladies barely speak English, I couldn't understand a single thing they were saying. On top of that, I tried to explain that there is no return address and we move all over california for work. She did not understand me. Furthermore, she argued with me about having to write the same address that is on the label that was created on to the side of the box. Absolutely ridiculous, that is not usps policy, we send basically the same package multiple times a month..... they should not be working with mail in English if they don't speak it, never using them again.

Mailbox out front is for decoration only and the door locks after 5 so you cant drop mail off.

They don't answer the phone because they don't have one here unfortunately, they have really long lines, and the only good thing about this office is they are helpful and are nearby where I live so I can send packages

I recently had a frustrating counter at this post office which left me deeply dissatisfied. The long lines were unbearable not enough staff, and the so called manager who assisted me had an awful attitude and lacked basic competence. I highly appointed with overall experience and cannot recommend this post office to others.

The line here was very frustrating only one worker was behind the counter and he was very slow. You would have been beneficial if the post office had more efficient systems in place to manage customer flow and reduced wait time.To make matters worse the customer service probably by the staff was lacking. The employee I encountered did not exhibit a friendly or helpful demeanor period it was disheartening when you don't receive basic level of courtesy and assistance you expect from a service oriented establishment.My overall experience at this post office was marked by the lack of customer service unfriendliness, wait time crucial service provider fail to meet basic customer expectations.

Small but functional post office. There is ample parking and moderate lines (2-5 customers) with two clerks working the desk. They are polite and clear.

I called multiple times only for someone to repeatedly hang up the phone. I went in because it’s down the street and the man working at the front desk was very, very, very rude. I think he should get a new job if he’s that unhappy because his service is terrible. His tone is terrible, and his attitude is terrible. I’m in customer service and I really get disgusted when I see people like this getting paid and being rude to everyone inside. USPS is a Joke!

Went to this site today and the front was covered in plywood. No sign whether it was open or not but the front door was open so I went in. Dirty, no supplies. Just depressing.

I love the fact this is small office and in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Also it is near where I live. Always get great service. Yes, sometimes you have to wait in line, but that is true of any post office. I have found them to be pleasant. If you had a bad experience you may need to look at yourself for the reason. Start your encounter with a smile and good morning. That can go a long way for someone who has to deal with an unfriendly (sometimes) public all day.

Very rude employees. They talk to you like you're d**** I had a terrible experience. I hope they hire some happier workers soon.
