They were out for delivery THREE days ago, and then changed the status "available for pick up" without any notification. I VISTED here to pick up, but I CAN'T pick it up because they still DON'T KNOW where it is. It just doesn't make sense. Misleading information, no responsibility, no willingness to work. Sighing in front of customers is their working attitude. All I did was visiting 2 times for 3 minutes each to explain what's going on. I'm not going to use any service from USPS anymore.
Update: I visited again. Here's the exactly the same conversation with the long beard Asian guy.
Me: I was here yesterday. You guys asked me my name and phone number and your supervisor didn't call me. It's reschedule to deliver today, and we still didn't get it. Did you guys lose it?
The beard guy: Probably.
Me: You guys don't have any system to track where it is?
The beard guy: if we have such system, we are not having this conversation. We can't find it.
Me: OK. So you guys lost it.
The beard guy: That's what I said to you like 2 minutes ago.
So professional workers right here. I hope the same thing happens to them. The package was for the patient and I learned that such important things shouldn't be handled by people without high school diploma.

Poor customer service. I waited with a woman who was behind me but at the same desk as me. The clerk continuously apologized to the woman who stood next to me for waiting without acknowledging me, while I was there longer than she was.

Worse place ever I haven’t get my mail since the mail person move to another route we are talking about a week, so I stop at this office today and ask for my mail so and Asian lady star to help me and I explained to her that I haven’t get my mail and I was waiting for important package so there was another young African American lady next to her and she jump in our conversation saying that the the package will arrive until they deliver it according to her because they don’t have enough people and I understand but I have 3 days waiting for the package for they to deliver and last up date that I got said mail person can’t fain my mail box and it have been there since I move to my house 9 years ago so she was laughing about my comment and started to argue with me I ask for a manager and finally he answers all my questions according to him they split my Mail and will be deliver today 4 days after the day off delivery and still waiting for it looks that won’t be here today again with all the reset of my Mail since las Friday that they deliver for last time my Mail … I think they should close this place their service is bad for the people that they have a front they don’t know what costumers service means except for the manager he was a nice person and explain all the situation..

Re-deliver that never happened. Mail gets lost and lazy incompetent people that work here. I'd rather have my mail delivered by uber, door dash, or the pizza guy. Tax dollars wasted and embezzled.

Passports! I had to get passport renewals for minors, and that can only be done in person. It was impossible to get an appointment anywhere, but they do walk-in passport applications here!!!
Here is what I learned and my pro tips:
-walk-in appointments MWF 9-10am ONLY
-They only take the first 20 people… (I don’t know if that’s actually just the first 20 passport, but I don’t think it’s groups)
-If you’re number 21, you’re gonna have to come back another day
-If you wanna make sure you are in that first 20, you need to get your rear end there *** early*** (the line was about 30 people along by 8:30 AM today)
-don’t think that you can show up at 9 AM and be fine, at least not at this time of year
-Come with everything already completed
-Use black ink only
-Better yet fill out your application online and print it out
-Don’t worry about passport pictures, they take them there and charge $15
-They take check or debit card for passports. No credit cards.
-They’re strict and very busy, so bring your patience, be polite and be humble to their process
-if you are eligible to renew by mail, just do it and save yourself the hassle
The lady that helped me was very down to business, but awesome! I think this post office is great, they’re all nice and helpful.

It has been over a month. I have made several cases about my mis delivered package. I was given an address, I went myself to knock and ask because they did not. Nobody knows where they left it? Everytime I call or make a new case they just ignore me. So….nobody has an answer about where my stuff is?

Rude know it all customer service! Cherry was the one behind the counter Saturday a.m. and she was just disrespectful and gossiped about my transactions behind my back. I can hear her loudly from the lobby!
