A few weeks ago I called the usbank credit card to let them know I would be making some minimum payments but would pay it off when I finished fixing up an old car. I also told them how much I appreciated having their service and how it got me through covid unscathed. Now every time I walk in to this branch I get some snarky, negative comment. "OOoO mister big business man" " ohh woOoWw what do you for a living?". Avoid this place even if it's the only bank standing. Bank with your mattress instead

their atm gave me 2 counterfeit $100 bills and they refuse to be responsible for it and im angry af about it. i got it at night right before my vacation, i had to find out it was fake alllll the way across the world. obviously i assumed since it came from their atm the money would've been real but noooo. gave me the run around because i didn't realize it was fake immediately smh. called customer service they told me they're responsible for taking care of this, like bitch i was on vacation and yall are supposed to make sure everything is right. obviously somebody is covering something up because how tf did a fake $100 get in there to begin with??? i got 2!!! therefore they stole $200 from me!!!! fuck yall.

One of the worst banking experiences I ever dealt with in my life. I opened a business account and deposited a 73k check from CarMax after the sell of my dream car. The check cleared but they closed the account and told me they would be returning the funds to car max. It's been 3 weeks since they closed the account and they can't tell me where the funds are at! I spoken with the district manager and he doesn't have an answer either besides the fact that the branch manager should be able to find this out. Irene (manager) never returns repeated phone calls, can't make eye contact with me for longer than 3 seconds. It's insane the run around they are giving me for something so simple as getting a document to show that the funds were sent back in the form of a check ie. DO. NOT. DO. BUSINESS. WITH. US BANK. PERIOD!!

On average I was charged $300-$500 per year in fees even though Ice cycled through $100,000 per year don't think about it run as fast as you can from this place

Huge props to our business team @ US Bank: Branch Manager & Asst VP Irene David's Blair, Biz Relationship Mgr & VP Genna Forni-Kujawski, Biz Specialists Oksana Danilova & Gerard Camerino. Incredibly professional, thorough & nice to work with! New accounts for new business, credit lines, credit cards, Single Point EFT system, Elevon/Converge payment processing system...everything any new or existing business needs in a 'One-Stop-Shop' with real and LOCAL people to speak to! Amazing & so different from the rest of the 'Big 5' banks!

I love this branch unlikely the other branch and bank especially SF Chinatown branch. DISCRIMINATE and harassment. All the staff so friendly and helpful . Irene who manager fix all problem for me and my family. Customer service skill is so PROFESSIONAL. Don't judge people with rumor. Why don't you check it out by yourself.

Ask for Irene. She'll take good care of you, like she did for me. Easily got set up with a new business account. We did it all virtually (Covid safety) and their technology worked great.

Our nonprofit organization had an account for several years with U.S. Bank in Concord, which worked fine until we experienced bank fraud. At that point, we found that U.S. Bank provides really really terrible customer service. When we reported the fraud, they delayed for months on the investigation. It was extremely hard to get ahold of anyone in the fraud department to find out the status. It proved impossible to talk to an actual human being even on their customer service number, or even their sales department (try it before opening an account here!). Finally, we made an appointment with the branch bank manager, who, while cordial, would not or could not to help us resolve the problem. We've switched to a local community bank, where we are getting great customer service.

Horrible customer service yesterday. Teller was rude, condescending and made me feel like a criminal. I was asked to provide my social security card to make a deposit in my business account! Nope! I need to change banks...

The lady was so nice when opened the account then later when i closed it ...wow. Mean and rude. So my customer died so her check bounced. So i paid all of it back snd then they also almost double it in fees,they double some of thr fees. Even charged me a wrrkly overdrawn fee ...total 274. ...paid it all total $703 and they say you can apply in 90 days if its pid...i said I paid it all at your other branch . here is reciept. They dont care and they are evil people ...just like the bank.

The thing I don't understand is why must you complain about being on hold when you live down the street go to the bank and stop being lazy everyone at this bank have great customer service if you go there you would see stop always trying to bash things or good people cause when they not around then later you gonna wish they where don't be a complainer this message is for the people that complains over the dumbest s***

I don't know what stick everyone has up their butts about this location. Been going to them since they've opened and they have been great. Customer service is on point and they are very knowledgeable about their product. Take it from someone who's banked with them for a long time they are fantastic!! Do not listen to the people who complain about silly things like being on hold for 5 min or had one teller who was probably having a bad day.

I love banking here! Everyone is so nice, they are knowledgeable and always follow the rules yet make their customer feel important and do the necessary to keep us happy! The banker Dayna great! Love seeing Jesus and Nakea also!
