Liz helped me today at this location and she could not have been more friendly or kind. I had to return a rug and needed to figure out a way to package it myself. She gave me an idea and helped me execute it. She didn’t have to do any of that but she did and I appreciate it so much. I would never have been able to do it on my own. Thank you for the great customer service. I always do my Amazon returns here and will continue to come back.

Just went into this store to buy a book of stamps which cost $17. I made the comment about how expensive that was however the clerk never said there's a markup so still bought them as I wasn't sure what the price of stamps are now and needed some. I got home and looked it up and realized they charge $3.80 more than the post office! Although I understand they need to make a profit in selling USPS services and products but to charge almost $4 more to hand you a book of stamps is literally outrageous!

Went here with several Amazon returns including a dog stroller that I couldn't get back in the original box. The staff was kind, helpful and patient. They couldn't get it all back in exactly either and with the help of strong tape the box was sealed.I've been in other UPS stores, but never found staff particularly pleasant or helpful, and here they were both.I will make this my UPS store of choice from now on.Oh! Also they had a stream of customers and they were quickly, as a team, getting folks taken care of and on their way.

Guess I should have read the reviews before going here lol. Anyways there was one girl who clearly had no idea how to do or work anything other then returns. When asked simply about stamps she froze an did not process the question. Even though she was asked several times. The other girl ended up having to take 5 additional customers to help because the returns girl couldn’t do anything else.

I have rented a PO box here since 2014. Service was great until the store was sold last year. New owners are still not doing a good job, even after plenty of time to adjust. Employee turnover remains very high with all the problems that brings. Like recently they tried to double bill me $75 for box rent. Twice they tried to hand me other people's packages. Makes me wonder what these clerks are doing with my stuff. When one of my packages failed to show up, the clerk was rude about it. Amazon made it right, but I still don't know who screwed up, this UPS store or Amazon. There are lots of other UPS stores out there. I can not recommend this one.

It says they open at 8 am. I dropped off my kids at school, and waited for 15 minutes for 8, it is now 8:10, and the inside cage is still closed and locked and i see no one inside.

I wanted to ship over night to Reno from Concord. I paid $75 for the service. The package didn’t arrive the next day. It came 2 days later. I have asked the manager to contact me since 10/31. The counter person said she left him several messages but he won’t call me back. Never going back there again. I would advise that you don’t waste your time either!

5100-B1 Clayton RdEver since Trisha sold this store it has been going down hill. Not only is the service slow but they are incredibly rude and lazy. The other day I was trying to mail some standard packages and the gal at the counter wouldn't communicate about what she needed from me and the entire experience went from bad to worse. I left and went to the UPS on Treat and the service there was 100% better. Night and Day. I will never go to this store again. Customer service is not in their vocabulary! The new owners Haresh and Sema need to rethink their hiring choices and the way they train there employees!!!

Their hours are at best a guess. If they don't feel like interacting with customers, they just lock the doors and play with their phones. It's obviously hard to hire people who want to work at a UPS store, but the employees they have obviously don't care even a tiny bit.

I like this UPS location a lot - the lines are usually short and move fast and the employees are helpful and friendly. I'm surprised by it's location because it seems slightly hidden and it'd be hard to notice unless you're already in the center visiting another store.I am a mobile notary and signing agent, so I frequently (a least once or twice a day) stop into shipping businesses to drop off documents and obtain a shipping receipt. Rarely, I also need to make copies, print, or sometimes scan the documents I have. I feel like the $1 per page charge to scan documents here is a little bit on the high side. I mean, this should cost the business almost nothing to do except the time it takes, but that being the case, I can always just drive home and scan my own docs, or use the CamScanner app on my phone when I need pdfs.All in all, when I need to ship something and I stop at this location, I am happy with the speed of service here and they employees seem to work very efficiently.
