This place has employees who take initiative, are incredibly warm, thorough, and determined. I had a medical package that was delayed and it was urgent and time sensitive and I got amazing service both on the phone and when I showed up in person. Derek and Casey went above and beyond on a Saturday to locate my package in the warehouse by looking through every truck and the storage. Their determination and calm demeanor was unmatched. They took my concerns seriously and were absolutely amazing humans. These men should be promoted. If I had a company, I would hire them in a heartbeat. I also interacted with Michelle on Friday night at the warehouse and she was also deeply helpful. UPS - please recognize and award these folks. Talk about a true team player crew.

Package said it arrived at Concord facility 1:18am 10/18 and was scheduled to be delivered later same day but 5 days later and it still says "On the Way Processing at UPS FacilityConcord" it never updated to "Out for Delivery". Now it is saying information not available and that I should file a claim. Don't understand how the package could be lost. Looking through other reviews I believe there are some thieves at this location

I hate when my shipments comes out of this distribution location. It never ever arrives when it supposed to. Fairfield drivers are way better, they always arrive at the same time and on the day we paid for the shipment to arrive. What's worse the items we order is for our business, these items helps us make a living and when the items don't arrive on time, we lose profit. It's hard to believe how some drivers get paid so much, can't even handle a simple delivery . Keep in mind we are 2 miles away from the Concord distribution center. SmH. They're are truly the worst.

Absolute disasters. They lie at every level of "service". Their service is beyond reprehensible. Pay more and travel further to not use UPS. The tried to tell me they rerouted a late package to oakland instead of directly to concord to save time. They cannot keep story straight. The person in charge of customer service and every offshore agent should be terminated. Worthless.

Even when it's "Out for Delivery" for TWELVE HOURS, they still won't deliver packages. Absolutely unacceptable.

I always have problems with delivery via this center every time I order something really expensive. Two months ago i purchased macbook and even though it was claimed on the website as "tried to deliver" they didn't even try to do deliver it. I was waiting for the whole day but nobody arrived to my house, so i had to pick it up from the center by myself. Recently I purchased iPhone and it was loaded on the track and after that it disappeared and never was delivered. The package was admitted by UPS as lost, but i suspect the right word is "stolen". Very disappointing. I'll try to avoid UPS as much as possible in the future.

1 star only because 0 stars isn't an option. THIS IS *N*O*T* a Customer Center! Do NOT go there - it is for UPS employees only! UPS - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE, as this location is listed as a CUSTOMER center!!!

Terrible Customer Service- worst delivery service of all that exist. i stayed home two days in a row for a package that has to be signed for, the drivers do not knock or hardly knock.I called them to have my package redeliver and they only offered me to pick it up and said they would waive a fee as if it was my fault. I hope this place closes down and these people lose their job. They do not need to be in customer service….. The older white women on the phone hung up on me and was saying I was rude and not to threaten her when i stated I would contact the person who was using them as a carrier. I never have an issue with USPS or FEDEX but UPS is the spirit airlines of delivery services… they are a trash service
