I always receive excellent service at the Concord Second St. Branch. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, fast, respectful. Christina S. and Pratap I. , (my most recent encounters) welcome me like they’ve known me forever. I’ve belonged to this credit union for 33 years… through the moves, the name changes, and new ownership and I will continue to do so. Thank you to all the financial specialists for making your job so pleasant!

Have been with them for several years. Know everyone by name and they know mine. Feels like "Cheers" where everyone knows your name....all have been very helpful with my needs....

This is the only Credit Union ATM that I have ever been charged a fee ($3) for withdrawing from my credit union. I walked inside and mentioned it to an employee and she said "that shouldn't happen I'll tell someone" . I RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE USE ANOTHER CREDIT UNION ATM.

We thought it was going to be a hassle for our daughter to get her first loan, and didn't want to do it through Bank of Dad & Mom, but she was able to do everything online and over phone with Jennifer, and was driving away with her car within 24 hours! The interest rate was better than we expected too.

Nothing wrong with the physical location, they're wonderful people I'm sure. I've had this bank for almost 4 years now, no complaints. Until they started to delay posting my debit transactions or slip in a little NSF fee here and there without me really noticing. I noticed they got me for $150 in the past 6 months because on payday, they post all of my auto-pay and debit transactions before processing my paycheck, even though the paycheck technically went in first at midnight. I logged in today and a debit transaction for $200 for Walmart magically disappeared and they let me spend it again. It's not really noticable if it's small increments, but I did a personal audit and they also got me for $0.32 "international fee" (I didn't buy anything internationally, although I always get stuff from China on Amazon without any trouble) little odd charges here and there, along with the way they intentiionally post money out before money in so they can skim their fee off the top. I switched to Chime, no fees.

Today 1/14/22, I went into this branch in concord, California. First off, I did not feel welcomed there. As soon as I walked in, an older lady was on the phone who gave me a dirty look (me African American). I thought to myself, Nah, so I looked at her again, and yes, she looked up and gave me another dirty look.So a gentleman says, hi, I can help you. What can I do for you? My words to him were I wanted to deposit a check for $8000. You can see where the problem is right there. A black man with an $8000 check So. He asks for my id. I give him my id it's taking him forever on the computer. He proceeds to tell me that the numbers are a bit funny on the check and that those are red flags. I'm keeping it cool because I know I'm in Concord. So he goes to get the branch manager, and she tells me that they can only give me $225 out of the $8000 and that there would be a 7-day hold on the money. They legit looked at me as someone trying to bounce a fake check Unbelievable. Unify customer service told me that usually, it's a 2-3 day hold, so I knew then something was funny. I went over to Provident credit union had no issue.If you're a person of color, avoid this branch at all cost

Many thanks to all the Unify staff for always being so friendly and accommodating to every single customer, I can always hear their smile through their mask! Me and my family members bank with you and we wouldn't want it any other way!! Definitely recommend banking with them :)
