I love this gym. The spacing is really good so even when it gets busy it doesn't feel crowded and there are more options with regard to structuring your workouts.

I'm probably used to the private gym life now but the vibes here were not hitting. Every single person looked miserable. I also know now that I am not the biggest fan of startrak equipment.
Also, I should have known this going on, but the bias toward combat sports is clear with there only being 3 squat racks. All 3 were in use the entire time I was there by the same 3 people who were in absolutely no rush whatsoever to finish their sets (texting).
I guess this did the trick, in a pinch, but next time I'm in the area I'll be going to one of the other private gyms nearby.

$25 for a day pass is silly. If we're hoping to upsell customers to a $30 monthly membership on the notion that they might as well since they're already paying $25 for a day, please consider business travelers who have no need for a monthly membership.
The front desk would benefit from having more than one attendant, particularly at peak hours (4-8pm).
The showers need new heads, reliable cold/hot valves, and soap dispensers.
The equipment is respectable, but cleaning stations are hard to find.
Towel service is not available, and many of the drinking fountains are a mess, and or don't work.
I had a great experience at the UFC gym in Rocklin, CA. This felt more like an LA fitness with red equipment.
My humble suggestion: Up the monthly rate to $39 per month, and use that money to improve the facility and hire good help. You'll reduce the number of teenagers and wannabe influences on your floor, and attract more serious clientele, as I should hope the UFC brand already does. Your competition is not Planet Fitness. You exist to make fighters and athletes. Don't offer free passes. Sell $15 day passes.

DON'T DO IT. They make it a nightmare to cancel your membership.I walked in to cancel my membership and was told that the GM was not there, so I could not cancel. The front desk said the GM is at the gym during the day weekdays, so I could come back then (great option for those who work during the week). The front desk gave me a couple of the GMs emails to contact them to cancel and I emailed them same day. Didn't hear a response for a couple weeks, so tried to go through the UFC website. Didn't get a response from that either so finally gave in and went in person during a weekday. I was told A. You have to give at least a 21 day notice of cancelation and B. I'd have to pay the annual fee and the next months dues before I could cancel. At this point I'm worn down by their process and would rather pay the over $100 to end it rather than argue with someone with the mental competence of a walnut and a big corporation that doesn't care. Back when I signed up I paid first month's dues, LAST MONTHS DUES, enrollment fee ($25), and a processing fee ($59).If you've read this far and not turned off, here's a couple other observations that i otherwise wouldn't have taken the time to write a review for but Im here now so:If you like to hit the gym after work (~6pm), just know they run classes at that time and there will be about 30 grown adults running around the gym like a herd of cats from the back workout area, upstairs, and back down.Gym music (not to sound like a boomer) can get so loud that it overpowers your headphones that are turned all the way up. Not a big deal if youre down to embrace the super sick gym playlist.Check out the other 1 stars and BBB rating/complaints.

UFC Concord is a great gym to visit. It's equipped with all the necessary tools and isn't overly crowded. You won't have to wait long to use the bench press. Additionally, the changing rooms and bathrooms are kept clean.

Plenty of equipment to go around. This gym has been my favorite out of all of the other gyms in concord. Their hours work for my lifestyle and my kids actually enjoy going to the kids club while I workout. They previously used to go to the kids club at City Sport and they would cry every time we’d leave them there. So all in all, a very family friendly club with great staff and atmosphere.
