These days finding a combination of value and great service is hard to find. These folks got it figured out, I will be going back. Highly impressed.”
“Had a reservation for 3/26 at 9am for a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived, they didn't have the trailer and instead only had a 5x9 at 11a. The woman at the first desk said she meant to call me but to make it up she gave me a discount. When I switched the reservation for the next day, the manager (believe his name was Brodee) still offered the discount and the trailer rental was seamless with all the employees I interacted with. All in all, didn't start off well but their customer service and thoughtfulness more than made up for it! Will rent again from them for sure.”
