Horrible hours. Opens late for a bank.10 is to late. People need to go in before work. Apparently they don’t have many adults that work full time as customers. They stoped replacing debit cards when lost or stolen. It’s pretty much the only reason I came to this place. Patelco down the street and a lot nicer.*edit* they called me and left me a voice mail over giving them a bad review. What the hell is that?Why are you calling me? To talk about your hours? I’ll be closing my bank account soon.

Inside and outside ATMs are out of cash and the staff just keeps watching people walk up attempting to get cash knowing it's empty. No sign or notice. Just bad service.

Went into the bank to get an Auto loan finalized. I did not have an appointment and was in a time crunch of course. Was in the area for my daughters soccer tournament and stopped in the branch in between games, our time was very limited. Was helped by Stephen W. and couldn't be happier. Told him my time restraints and he went above and beyond to make sure I was out of there in time. He did a 45 minute job in 20 minutes and we were able to get to the game on time. Top notch customer service. Thank you Stephen

Both tellers at this location seemed bothered I came in and ruined their conversation time. No smile, no greeting, no nothing. Girl in the stripes , didnt have the decency to ask me how I'm doing, but definitely had an attitude to stare me down our entire interaction.Customer service during these hard times are much needed, and these 2 tellers offered 0.The only one who smiled was a Hispanic short lady who came from the back area, thank you for your pleasant smile.

So, I've had my "other" Credit Union for 30+ years and have had too many debit card issues recently (4 issued recently via snail mail). Still waiting for the last one - over a month now. Well, with Travis CU you get one ON THE SPOT! WUUUUTTTTT??!!!! Never heard of such a thing! Wait?! Oh yes, we are in 2022! Way to go Travis CU! Not to mention I made the in-person appointment the day before (online) and went to the Veranda branch in Concord which is not that close to my house by hey remember the debit card thingy?! Yep, it's worth it!!! Online it says the appointment is 60 minutes, it total it was 32 minutes from start to finish. Christian Arellano, Sr. Financial Service Rep assisted me and he knows his stuff! Easy peezy! Debit card, iPhone app, working the same day and I am a VERY HAPPY CAMPER and out the door I go to live my life! Christian called me a few days later to follow-up and check if I needed anything. I mean, who does that anymore? THANK YOU, CHRISTIAN & Travis CU!!P.S. I had to call the 800# recently because I forgot my app password and the rep was amazing! Friendly, fast, and everything was fixed in a few seconds. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The male teller that sits on the right side about 30 or so, is very very very unapproachable and very very very awkward to get service from. He does not acknowledge you or greet you. He does not look friendly, always looks unamused and unhappy. He just looks at you waiting for what you need done at the bank. Does not even say good bye. It is as if he does not want to be at work. If you cannot provide customer service, why would you work in a place of business like this? When I go back, I will catch his name to update this review. Working in Concord, this is the closest bank to me; don't want to drive to Pleasant Hill.

I came here brought everything that was needed, opening my account, I was told to come back the following week to finish it. I have been here for two hours waiting. The teller is confused, he had to call someone to finish my account process. I was told it wasn't going to take that long. I'm beyond frustrated... I am still here as I'm typing this
