Life changing for me. I've tried it all. Community, strongest I've ever been, sleeping better than ever. I'm 43 and one of my biggest struggles is flair ups. Plantar Fasciitis, tendonitis in my knees, bursitis in my hips (oh the joys of getting old!). I've been a member or challenger for nearly 6 months and have had none of that. It's because of the extremely knowledgeable owners and coaches crafting warmups, stretches and workouts and monitoring your form. Makes a huge difference for me. And I have a team of experts I can ask just about anything when it comes to nutrition, fitness, wellness, supplements, you name it! So grateful for Ale and her team!

I've tried several studios and this is the best. Great community members, very supportive group of people. The workouts are 45 mins, and they vary from day to day and week to week so it never gets boring. Don't be fooled by a 45-min class...they are challenging, and also come with modifications to accommodate various fitness levels. And the coaches are great people - very motivating, engaging, and just wonderful to be around. There's a reason why this place is a yelp favorite.

TFX is awesome! The coaches are knowledgeable, fun, hard working, and know how to get you feeling good and in shape! I appreciate the personable touch and authenticity as well. it's truly like a family there!

Challenging but not injurious Friendly and focused Supportive staff offers guidance. Gives back to the community Ale is more than a coach. She offers insights to focus on for the week. It's like having a spiritual advisor that is helping you along your physical journey as well. Body Mind and Spirit

I love this gym so much. I signed up for their 6 week challenge in September 2023. My main goal was to find a good workout routine that I enjoyed. Consistency has always been my downfall. I enjoyed it so much, I attended class 6 days a week. I feel stronger, able to run longer, lift heavier, better sleep and lost a few inches off the waste line. The coaches are all fun and awesome.

Hi, my name is Pam Whitley. I did the six week challenge. It was an awesome experience. The coaches are so supportive. By far one of the best experiences at a gym I have had. Unfortunately, I am moving to Ocala, FL, but if I wasn't I would have definitely become a member and continued on in that great positive environment. If you want to be a member of a gym, where coaches want to see you succeed and they encourage you not to give up then this gym is for you.

Finding this fitness center and signing up for their weightloss challenge was the best thing I could have done for myself. I used to be very fit and active but I went through a tough time where I unfortunately stopped taking care of myself. I let my stress and my ability to justify any negative behavior get in the way of caring for myself.I joined Transform Fx to kickstart my health journey and get back on track and I’m so grateful I did. The team/staff are amazing, so supportive, and just great people to be around. Every day the workouts were different, challenging, yet fun. The coaches also do the daily workouts and are super supportive with any injuries.I originally only planned to stick it out for the 6 week challenge but have fallen in love with the atmosphere at Transform Fx so I ended up joining as a member and I’m so excited to continue on my health journey with their support! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I decided to join the 6 week challenge and it was the best choice I have made in a while. After so many months of spotty attendance at a gym and fluctuations in weight I was finally able to see results. It was such a struggle the first week, but it became easier although always challenging no lie. I am definitely proud of myself for the progress I have made thus far and the dietary restrictions were hard at first but in a way this made the challenge easier since I knew what I definitely could not have. This experience has definitely helped me to recharge that will to be a healthier version for myself but also that longing to want to workout regardless of how early it may be. It was not an easy 6 weeks but I now have the necessary tools to succeed and a great support system to push me to reach higher goals. If you want to reach new goals in life consider this new habit and make it a New Year’s resolution.

If You Want To Change Your Life Once And For All.. Just Join This GymI sit here the day before my weigh in after completing this 6 week challenge and just reflect on how much has changed in such little time. Let me give you some background, this is a gym which anyone can join and do classes daily that help tone and strengthen the whole body. But this is also a gym where you can embark in a 6 week challenge to lose 20lbs. I decided to do the latter because I had dropped weight on my own and gained it back and honestly I was tired of weight yo-yoing so I decided to take the leap and challenge myself to push past my comfort zone. I started this challenge at 184.6 and the goal is 164.6 but like I mentioned I won't know if I made it until I weigh in tomorrow but wether I reach the goal or not I still feel like I'm leaving here winning. My mindset has completely changed and strengthens when it comes to food. I have learned discipline and now have the consistency to follow through wether I see the immediate results or not. I wouldn't change the experience for anything. Just remember this only works if you do the work and are ready to change mentally, physically and emotionally! you want to reach your fitness goals and change to the person your meant to be, I think you should come check out TFX.P.s. forgot to mention they go over nutrition an are always willing to help !

tfx is an amazing community with amazing coaches who never failed to keep me pumped to achieve my goals,every time i gained weight tfx is the only to go place for me ,the minute you step into tfx you are full of energy with positive vibes,i can't thank enough ale for encouraging me and kept me going throughout the journey.i joined tfx for 6 week challenge and was able to lose 40 lbs after 3 rounds,i did this challenge couple of times now and trust me this was always the best decision i made for myself ,i really recommend tfx and i promise you won't regret it!!

3 challenges, 18 weeks, 64 pounds and 10 inches off my waist later I freaking did itI've learned so much about fitness, food and myself since the beginning of the year and again it was not easy but nothing that's worth it in the end is easy. I'd argue that this was probably one of the hardest things I've done, my mental strength was tested every single day, I kept telling myself "do not deviate from the plan" "if it's not on the list you don't eat it" I couldn't have done it without the constant support from everyone at TFX, the constant support and encouragement is unmatchable and for that I thank you! #Chooseyourhard
