Sam is a very sweet and friendly guy.Although they do not offered tire repairs, he was kind enough to let me work on the tire in their parking lot. I appreciate his kindness, it help made my morning a bit better.

My husband and I took my car here and asked for a full service check up and tire rotation. After service, I made a 1.5 drive including over highway 17 which is a very sketchy mountain road. When I reached my destination, my low tire pressure light came on. Luckily a friend had a tire inflator in her car. Three out of four tires had noticeably low tire pressure and had to be filled. On top of that, we had asked ToyotaPro to check out why the car has a hiccup when accelerating up hill. It’s still an issue, so I’ll be taking my car somewhere else to get it checked out.

Sam and his staff are professionals and straight to the point. I have brought our 2016 Toyota Highlander to Sam for a year now and have received great service each time. Besides the work that the customer requests, they provide reminders and suggestions of what needs to be done to your vehicle. However, they do not pressure you to purchase the service. They offer fair pricing with great quality work! Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my Toyota Solara to Sam for repairs, primarily addressing ABS and dashboard issues. From the outset, Sam demonstrated an impressive level of expertise and efficiency in diagnosing the problems. What sets Sam apart is his swift identification of the root causes of the ABS and dashboard malfunctions. Within a short span, he not only pinpointed the issues but also implemented comprehensive solutions. The speed at which he resolved the problems was truly commendable. After three months of driving post-repairs, I am thrilled to report that my Toyota Solara has been running flawlessly. Sam's attention to detail, coupled with his genuine concern for the work he performs, has left me thoroughly impressed. I wholeheartedly recommend Sam to anyone seeking a reliable and skilled mechanic. His commitment to delivering exceptional service is evident in the lasting results my car has experienced. If you want a mechanic who not only fixes the issue at hand but also ensures the overall well-being of your vehicle, Sam is undoubtedly the professional to turn to.

Called in the morning to check for availability and Sam kindly greeted and told me I was able to bring it in and it will be done within the hour. Dropped it off and went to get food and was completed right after. Sam / ToyotaPro is my go to spot for all my car maintenance and more, thank you Sam!

I strongly recommend ToyotaPro for any Toyota, Lexus or any Asian- made vehicles! They are great dealer- alternatives to scheduled maintenance at relatively lower cost while maintaining similar quality of service as the dealership. Also, I had some surface scratches on my Highlander and they took care of that too without charge!!!!! I very strongly recommend them for any Japanese auto service. I have also recommended them on Nextdoor.

If you're searching for a trustworthy mechanic, don't think twice - go to ToyotaPro and talk to Sam! Sam's expertise and professionalism were evident right from the beginning. He patiently listened to my concerns about my vehicle and took the time to explain the potential issues in a way that was easy for me to understand. His thoroughness and attention to detail were second to none. I appreciated how he never tried to upsell or push unnecessary services. It was refreshing to see Sam's dedication to saving me from unnecessary expenses. I wholeheartedly recommend ToyotaPro for anyone seeking an honest and reliable mechanic. You can trust that they will provide accurate assessments, fair pricing, and exceptional service! My experience at ToyotaPro was truly outstanding, and I'll definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs.

I brought my 4runner in because of an unpleasant chemical/mold smell back in apr. 22. They told me that I needed an evaporator core and expansion valve (quote $1900) due to the extensive labor to remove the whole dash.. fine, approved. I picked up the car and they told me that they only changed the expansion valve and ended up paying 1600 dollars. A few months later I checked in because the smell was still present and was told that the smell would take a while to go away, so I dealt with it, it never did. The smell kept getting worse and I contacted them to have it looked at. They looked at it and told me there was nothing wrong. A few months later I called them because now the ac is not working and it was just blowing hot air, so I brought it in AGAIN. They had the car for a day and they told me that I needed an evaporator core. I was livid. I don’t know what kind of records they keep but they had no idea they had already quoted me for one before. They told me that during the previous work, it didn’t need to be replaced but now does (quote 1900 again). I did not feel I had to pay but agreed to pay 900 due to the technician having to do all that work. I picked up the car and they showed me the evap core, yes, it showed signs of build-up where it had been leaking for a while (which tells me they didn’t bother to look at it the first time). I also noticed that instrument display backlight for the air controls was not working, this was not critical, so I opted to bring it in at a later date. A few weeks later I noticed that no matter what mode the air was on, the air blew from the defroster mode and not the vents. I finally brought it in and they told me that my mode actuator was not working and needed to be replaced, quote: $600+( at this point I’m beyond livid and told them that I’m not paying for any more work) I told them I would pick up car. When I picked up the car they gave it to me disassembled. The passenger side panel front panel and the glove box were removed (I have pictures). I was glad because this gave me access to the mode actuator. I tested the function of the air in different modes and it worked perfectly fine moving the various doors (I have video). This tells me that the reason it wasn’t working is because they left more than one thing disconnected when they assembled the car back together, and instead of owning up to it they tried to charge me for a new actuatorBeing a single dad, this is my only mode of transportation, so between my time, gas, and Lyft rides, taking it to Concord Toyota and having them do it right would have been way cheaper.

Took my highlander here because it had been making noises for awhile and I also wanted a oil change. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, I needed a new water pump. Got it fixed at location, was able to pickup car end of day. Price seemed reasonable but was not cheap, they didn't charge me for the Water pump. I'll come back here, seems reliable and like they do good business.

I flew up to the Bay Area to buy a Land Cruiser FJ80 from a private party. The vehicle needed a new radiator in order to drive it all the way to Southern California. Found ToyotaPro on Yelp and connected with Berner. After hearing my situation, Berner offered to pick up the part before I even got to the shop so I could be on my way home when the shop closed at 5pm. The Toyota tech that worked on my new vehicle was named Bill. This guy was amazing. Very well versed in FJ80 Land Cruisers and told me a few things he was going to check out in addition to replacing the radiator. They finished right before closing, but Bill took the time to stay after 5pm and walk me through some things that were solid and a few to do's once I got home. He was also kind enough to offer a few tips such as which oil is best for these high mileage Land Cruisers. Fair prices. Expert technicians. Thank you Berner and Bill. You guys saved the day. Drove like a champ all the way home. Cheers!!!!!

The navigation system stopped working on my Land Cruiser several weeks ago and they suggested what to look for (small ground wire to the battery) and that solved the issue, all done over the phone. ToyotaPro was recommended by a friend. i
