I'm looking for a used car, and I do not recommend this dealership. I found a car online that I was interested in, and was immediately contacted by a sales associate. They asked when I was able to come in, because the car I was interested in was located on a different lot. I told them my mom could come take a look at the car the following day since she lives closer. They said not a problem. My mom came into the dealership the following day, and the car I was interested in was not on the premises. She asked to look at other cars, and the salesperson on site said they would not show her any cars unless she was buying. How can we know if we are going to buy it unless we see it?! About 30 minutes after her appointment, I get a text saying she had a good visit and when would I come in. Nope, not coming in at all. If they cannot keep their word on coordinating a viewing of the car, probably not worth actually going through a purchase with them. I'm glad I didn't make the trek out there only to find out the car is not on the premises.

Whatever you do, do not go to the dealership it was my first time buying a car and it was the worst experience l've ever had in my entire life. The biggest mistake I ever made was going to the Toyota Concord. They played me and gave terrible customer service. I was there from 12 til 8 pm closing while they helped 30 other people instead of closing out my deal. They even type some of the boxes on the iPad to sign some of the documents for me and I'm hoping my lawyer can pull up the footage for that. I bought a hydrogen car from them and they lied to me about the price of fuel. It is over twice the amount of what they told me I'm currently in talks with a lawyer to begin the lawsuit. DO NOT GO HERE.New! More ways to react to reviews.X

$910 for just an oil change. Make your own conclusions. Never again. Almost forgot. Oil change AND tire rotation.

In the market for a new SUV. Went here to learn about and test drive the new 2023 RAV4 Hybird. What a customer experience! Called and set appointment - so far - so good! Got there and went in and was given my "salesman" to help me. He helped me alright. Right out of ever wanting to buy from this dealership, ever! I used to teach sales people how to sell. The do's and don'ts. This guy did the "don'ts" extremely well! Immediately he alienated me from the dealership by constantly saying "management won't let me ...... " added what ever he didn't want to do. Or better yet, allow me to do! First thing out of his mouth was implied I had to buy today or else he wasn't going to waste his time showing me the car. I had to insist on driving it before I could make an informed decision. So he took me around the block. Literally, around the block! I said "so I guess we're not going on the freeway?" "Management won't let me take this car on the freeway," he says. I started to laugh and said wtf. He jumped all over that, I guess his sensitive hears can't handle adult language! So I repeated it a few times! As I'm heading back to the dealership, he had to throw in " take me back to the dealership," because he was so offended by my language. My reply was " where the xxxx do you think I'm going?" Now, I should have been pretty mad but I was only mildly upset, since I really was considering buying one of these SUVs. So after we get back I go into the dealership to tell the sales manager bout my experience. They didn't want to tell me which person at the sales desk was the manager. That is a clear sign of bad business. No one wants to take the responsibility of the title. That's a sign of how badly they treat potential customers. So, if you're in the market for a new car, and want to be treated badly by unprofessional salesmen with sensitive ears, this is the place for you!

I had a wonderful experience at Concord Toyota with my salesperson Ed Cortez. When I first came to Toyota in May I was in search of a new GR86 with an AT transmission. He said there was a premium model arriving in June and I was sold! He stayed connected and texted me with updates along the way. Ed was friendly, welcoming, provided excellent customer service and a no pressure sales experience. The General Manager, Mike greeted us on the day of my purchase. It was a pleasure working with Ed on the purchase of this brand new car. The Finance Manager Bhupinder Garcha was very nice and a pleasure to work with as well. I recommend Concord Toyota for your next car purchase. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Concord Toyota in the last 5 years. We now have three beautiful Toyotas in the drive way. We are a proud Toyota Family.
