“Every time I had to deal with any impound tow company it was automatic rummage through entire car as soon as it hits the yard. My car was full I mean full of treasure. It was there for a week my own doing. But, I paid the fees which was a lot. To my surprise everything was still there in the same spot. I recommend not getting your car impounded. But if you do you want these guys to do it. Great job not your average tow company.”

“My tire popped on the highway and I didn't have a spare. Although I did not call them their tow truck was passing by so the driver was kind enough to pull over to offer help. I did end up using their towing services. So thank you so much to Towing Concord for helping out and also helping me remove the tire once I was home. “Great service. I was in an accident and they were called by the city. They arrived quickly and I rode back to their yard with my car and the driver.They helped coordinate with the rental company to stay open a few minutes to wait for me and they drove me there to make sure I would have a rental to take my belongings out of my car and get home. They were very knowledgeable and helped guide me. very helpful when you are out of your mind from being unexpectedly hit.Thanks so much.”
