“I recently went to Aguilar tires for an oil change, rotating and balancing tires. They did a great job, and quickly got everything done. They also ordered and put in the brake light bulb when I noticed it was out. They are reasonably priced and do excellent work. The workers are also very friendly and easy to work with.”

“After finishing my Field Service in Pleasant Hill around noon, I noticed my dashboard showed low tire pressure (17 psi) on the front driver’s side. I stopped at a gas station to fill it, only to realize the issue was actually with the back tire — a large nail was stuck in the back driver’s side.
I brought my truck to Les Schwab, and even though it was a busy Saturday, they accommodated me right away. The team was honest and upfront, letting me know they were packed but would have the truck ready before closing at 5 PM — and they delivered on that promise.

“Had a nail in my tesla tire, needed quick patch/plug. they were backed up and asked if I could wait. But noticed I was anxious, and slot me in within 10 minutes and got me out the door within 20. Great prices too. Only thing to add would be to ask if they can use Tesla jack pucks for future customers. Risky to just use jack with the points being so close to battery.
Really appreciated the help. Will come here again when under a pinch.”
“I had a strange issue with the TPMS on my relatively new car—readings were incorrect and inconsistent, and the problem came and went without a clear pattern. It didn’t seem like the sensors should have failed, so I brought it in to the Sam’s Club Tire Center in Concord to get a second opinion.
Carlos, the lead who was working the counter, was incredibly patient and thorough. He listened to my explanation, agreed it was unusual, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once he got into the job and started taking the tires apart, he discovered moisture in the sensors and excess visible on the tyre rims. What really stood out was that instead of just completing the job, he invited me over (I was shopping in the store) to show me what he found and answered even more questions.
This was exceptional customer service—I left not only with the issue resolved but with a clear understanding of what went wrong and why. I was genuinely impressed and very happy with the service I received.
In addition, the price was very reasonable. I was quoted and charged ~$200 here for full TPMS sensor replacement and programming all tyres, when I was quoted ~$500 elsewhere.”

“My elderly In-Laws needed my help finding a new set of tires for their vehicle.
I found Tire Choice Auto Service Centers - Concord via the internet. I went there directly and spoke to David who took his time to listen and understand my situation. We went over the different tire options available and he even odered the tires to be delivered from the warehouse without having me prepay.
David took my word I would return upon the scheduled appointment date.
On the day of my appointment, David called to let me know the tires had arrived. I made my appointment time and the installation was completed in a timely fashion (about 2.5 hrs.).
In a time of average to terrible customer service that people usually get, it was nothing but a great customer service experience that I received.

“Overall, this experience was very easy and convenient. I bought 4 tires and scheduled my appointment online. I walked up to the counter, checked in, and handed over my keys. After about an hour and a half (during which I got all my shopping done), I received a call and my car was ready. I picked up my key on the way out. The staff was professional and efficient.”
