Steven was an excellent client manager and his eye for beautiful stone is a high value skill. Tiles Warehouse held our beautiful stone for several months as we prepared the bathroom and they timely installed with precision and beauty once we were ready.

Once we walked in to the store an associate sitting behind the counter looking at computer said hello and that was it!He did not bother to stand up and ask us if we needed any assistance.I would never step foot again in a store where you feel like no one is there!!!Worst customer service

Working on a remodeling project and there was an issue with my order. The owner worked with me to quickly resolve the issue. Thank you Steven for the great customer service! I am very happy with my purchase. The tiles are beautiful and arrived on time. Glad I chose this place over the others. I definetly recommend this place for any Tile projects.

We needed tiling of the front porch entry to our home. Steven was very welcoming and has a great product selection and led us to easily select our tiles. The price was very reasonable compared to others and his installation team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and did an expert job--true craftsmen!!

Steven is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He helped my the entire way through. He has a great selection of slabs to choose from. Exotic slabs at a fair price. Installation crew did a great job as well. Turnaround time is a was about 2-3 weeks from order to install. Kitchen looks great! Still working on choosing a backsplash.

My husband and I have been thinking about remodeling our bathroom and have been to different places looking for the right tiles to use. Since I had a lot of questions I was not getting a lot of help. I came across Tiles Warehouse on Yelp. I had apprehension when I read all the negative reviews but I had to see for myself because the pictures of all tiles on the website was very appealing. When I visited I spoke to Steven. Right away I told him I had a lot of questions and he said no problem and how could he help. I told him I was interested in doing a bathroom remodel but I wanted to use the right tiles for such a high traffic area that would offer beauty, durability and of course not too costly. Steven answered all my questions and he was very kind and patient. I even told him that I have to come back with my husband and he said that he understood and said I could call him if I had anymore questions. I was very satisfied with the answers and I am sure that my husband will be too and would want to do our bathroom project with Tiles Warehouse.

I have been contemplating remodeling my bathroom for a while and a friend recommend this place. Steven was knowledgeable and professional and helped me choose exactly what I was looking for! The quality of the tile is excellent, and I was impressed by the ease and quality of work they provided during the instillation. Would definitely continue to use them through my renovation projects and will be recommending friends to check this place out.

This place can help you actualize your vision. I accompanied my friend here as I was supporting her in her quest to remodel. She had somewhat of an idea of what she wanted and Steven helped get her to exactly what she wanted and what she never for her vision to be. He was super knowledgeable and with his help, she was able to find a perfect piece a natural slab that accented her kitchen and highlighted her new island project. If you want quality this is the place to come. I'm going to use their services for my next project I already have in mind.

I ordered my bathroom tile from this place. At the bottom of the pallet there were 4 large broken tiles. The owner blamed my contractor on breaking them even though I told him I watched my contractor carry the boxes in my garage very carefully. This owner will not check the tile before giving it to u. All boxes were still unopened and glued closed. I ended up ordering more of the same tile from another vendor because of that. Another really sketchy issue: during the order process I increased the amount of tile I needed. The owner used this opposite to try to tell me the price per sqft increased overnight! Really? Also, don't ask for any design advise. To him everything is a matter of personal opinion so he can't help you. Take your business somewhere else if you want consultation or accountability.

This guy is the biggest j**** he treated my mother and I like d*** women from the very beginning. when I told him the price he was quoting me and that another place was cheaper he basically told me go buy it then. like why was I wasting his time. So I told my mom he was an a****** and let's go. he called me every vulgar name possible. slut c**** b***** Dripped multiple F bombs. spit in my face. and almost attacked my 72 yr old mother. he is a disgusting human being. and should not be in any type of customer service.

Thanks Steven! I am so glad we went with Tiles Warehouse to do the stone in our kitchen, we have an amazing kitchen now! We had no issues whatsoever with you or your employees, you were all very friendly, approachable, respectful and above all professional, you offer a great selection of both man made and natural stones and your pricing and service was better than many of the other yards that I visited around the Bay Area, as a matter of fact if it weren't for you I would have gone a complete different direction in my selection... but because you helped me to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of natural stone, I feel we made a much better choice for our home! And!!! We get to look at this one of a kind "Exotic Stone Masterpiece" on our countertops and backsplash every day, I almost can't believe it's my kitchen! Thanks again Steven, we'll definitely be back for our next project.
