Started restoration on my ‘63 Sports Roadster 16 months ago. I tried some of the big national stores at first. Parts were fine but the service/parts people aren’t specifically plugged into classic T-Birds so unless you know EXACTLY what you want, things can get confusing.. So much easier talking to T-Bird guys John or Matt to figure out exactly what I need.

Clean ......friendly..... did things right even double checked everything. We drove 3 hours to get there....one way ( so it's NOT like we could come back the next day if it was a wrong part.) Fair price and .... SO worth the trip! Thanks for the " over and above"experience.It was a "Hoot" to see the price of gas under 50 cents on the old gas pump they had in the lobby.

They had every part I needed to restore my Dad's 1962 T bird Convertible a few years ago. Went in for a couple parts today only to learn that Dave Adams who was my go to staff member for parts and helping me restore my dads bird had passed away. The guys still took care of me and had what I needed. Great place to visit if your in the area or easy ordering online. You'll be missed greatly Dave. Thanks for all your help RIP, til we meet again brother!

Matt was awesome, was able to rebuild the sight glass for my '60 convertibles ac hose and hook me up with a 312 billet rear main seal retainer for my '57 - can't find those anywhere else!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. Much appreciated. Very fast delivery time to Texas.

Very helpful staff, great inventory and realistic prices are what make T-Bird HQ a great resource. I have ordered online and picked up in person a couple times. You get a prompt response when your order is ready to pick up, and they always have a minute to discuss the items you purchased when you show up. If I had to pick one item "for improvement," it would be that I would like better illustrations in their catalog (a. that's nit picking and b. its a catalog and not a repair manual.)

I called then ask about a 59 torque converter bushing , he said we have it 15$, even it was double price , he said wait i check if in stock, i drove from sanjose to here , another guy said apologize! We don't have! Easy lost 2hrs+ my gas

I won't bother to look anywhere else.They have answers and great advice.When they said I can't get you an original '56 spare tire wheel cuz the continental kit wheel was a pain to deal withThey gave me a name and phone numberAnd I got the easy trunk spare tire I wanted in 10 minutesMy car now handles 10x better down the highway from adviceI've even called after hours and big John and Matt always took the time to help meYeah if you don't have mechanical skillsIt's daunting.That's not their fault.ButI won't go anywhere elseAll be well

This company kicks butt in a perfect example of customer service. They have the right answers for everything I need. Only once did they not have what I wanted. But gave me the name and number for getting it. Who's going to stock an original never mounted spare wheel from 1956? I followed Dave's advice to the letter on parts and my car runs and drives 10x better. I miss his advice. But the younger guys fill in nicely. Won't bother going anywhere else unless they tell me to. I'll be back to spend more of my wife's money !!

I am going to move TB HQ do the bottom of my source list based on my last experience. Last week I ordered two parts. The first, a battery clamp, was in stock and was shipped with a $15 shipping charge. While this was on the high side of acceptable freight charges, I accepted it. When I called to see when the second part, a speaker which was backordered, would be shipped, I was astounded to hear that I would be charged a second time for shipping. How is your lack of inventory become my shipping costs to bear?
